On top of all this, the food was absolutely delicious! During the planning process, Jim was kind and accommodating - all in all, a delight to work with. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met. The only area which could have been improved was speeding up throughput through the buffet by making it double-sided.
