The crab claws were absolutely the star of the show perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked just right. Every bite had that rich, buttery flavor that seafood lovers appreciate, and the portion was well worth it. The drink selection complemented the meal nicely, with a cocktail that was both refreshing and well-balanced. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. From start to finish, everything felt top tier, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely welcoming. The owner even came by to check on us, which added a personal touch that you don't see everywhere. Their friendliness and hospitality made the whole experience feel special and memorable. Definitely a place that knows how to deliver both great food and exceptional service.

I will forever boast about the hospitality at this restaurant. I got the creamy jerk claws with garlic coco bread for lunch! 12/10 and the claws are so meaty! It's my Go to everytime!

I mean who doesn't love a good nickname but Chef Rob's must be short for "Robbery" because that's how I felt walking out of this restaurant. Although overall this location was clearly a vibe the prices, food standard, and serving sizes were not. My fella got the jerk chicken with two servings of rice. I'm not sure what the stipulation for a serving here is but they must be trying to have people leaving hungry. I got the jerk pasta with chicken and shrimp. The dish came out piping hot in temperature and lived up to the flame on the menu. It was very well seasoned and earned 50% of this review. The other 50% goes to good service and cleanliness. Another issue I had with this place was the $3 charge for bottled water while dining in as well as the automatic 18% gratuity for all parties that chose to dine in no matter the size.

The service was good and the waitresses were pleasant. There was no food in the plate for $24. The portion in the picture is what I received. It is said to be two sides of rice, which I couldn't believe, with what seemed like a single thigh chopped up in small pieces. This place was very small and cluttered. The chicken was a little bit salty and the rice didn't have that much flavor. To my surprise there was a 18% gratuity dine-in charge that was automatically charged to my card. On top of that they also had a 15%, 18% and 22% tip request on the receipt based on the cheque amount. I didn't like that additional charges especially when they didn't put any food in the plate.

Ok soooooo I love their curry goat! It's way too many bones though 5 for flavor 1 for bones

I visited on Wednesday, their karaoke night, which was fun. But the music the DJ played in between performances was so loud that I couldn't hear the person I came with sitting next to me. The constant fog machine was a bit much too. Otherwise, it was a good experience! The food was pretty flavorful and filling. And the service was good despite us being part of a large table.

We arrived and we seated quickly. Our waitress was great. She got every order correct and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The appetizers were good. The entrees were just okay. I wouldn't recommend because of the no refill on drinks and the food was just okay. The DJ was great and the alcoholic drinks were strong. I'd come back to hang out but not for dinner.

My go to for Caribbean food in the Atlanta metro area hands down! I've been going, & ordering from Chef Rob's since the pandemic and the food is amazing every single time. The consistency is what I really appreciate. We all know some restaurants, the food will be good one day, then too salty or bad the next ... Chef Rob's is consistently good! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, as I've tried almost everything ... some of my personal favorites are the jerk wings, curry chicken, & the oxtail. For the sides, man that mac n cheese hits different! As we all know not everyone knows how to make good mac n cheese ... it's definitely an art & science to it & Chef Rob's has it down packed!!!

We decided to check out an oldie but goodie for Valentine's Day. Chef Rob's has been in this location for years and they're no longer a restaurant AND lounge but it still had great vibes. They offered a Valentine's Day menu for couples that was $125. It included 2 glasses of champagne, two salads, two entrees and share a dessert. We added the seafood dip as a starter. Everything was cooked to perfection and left plenty to take home. My sweetie wanted a veggie with his entree or switch mash for rice - no substitutions we were told. Also, no option for tap water - they offer $3 bottled water only. Hey, parking is free! Service was very attentive. We were offered two places to sit and we did move once a better table opened up. A live DJ started around 9 PM. There's lots of takeout activity but it didn't take away from the experience. I recommend anyone to try out Chef Rob's if you love Caribbean food - add it to your list.

Everything was so good from the appetizers to the food, nice chill vibe and ambiance inside. Service was also great which was a plus.

Curry chicken stir fry with rice and peas

Had this at a baby shower over the weekend and was so good had to come in. Came in for happy hour. The bar was full so we sat at a booth that was very intimate. Dim lighting but perfect feel. Gives a lounge feel almost. At the baby shower we had the oxtails, curry chicken, jerk chicken, macaroni and patties. Very very good! Today I had the island margarita which comes in a tequila bottle and between the two of us there was 8 drinks. Left feel really good lol. We shared the Cajun crab claws. I had the curry chicken stir fry subbed the rice for rice and peas. My boyfriend had the jerk turkey burger. We both left with food for dinner. Everything was great!

I don't like to be overly checked on when trying to enjoy date night with the hubby and it seemed like she knew when to come and when to let us have our moment. I loved that. The food was amazing 10/10, would definitely recommend. Started off with appetizers of oysters and chicken egg rolls, and the entree of lamb chops did us in. Everything was on point, from the time we entered until we left. Will definitely be going back. And I have added this to my favorite spots.

Super attentive without hovering, gave spot-on recommendations, and was playful, funny, and genuinely kind. You can tell she loves meeting people, and it made the whole table feel celebrated. Food was way better than I expected for a hookah lounge. Get the oysters - fresh and perfect - and the pesto garlic bread is a must. Seriously addictive. And the hookah? SLAPS. Smooth, flavorful, and they keep it going without you having to ask. The ambiance is very Atlanta in the best way: flowery walls for photos, eclectic cozy seating, great music, dim lighting, total vibe. We stayed way longer than planned because we didn't want to leave. Already planning my return. If you're in Sandy Springs, book a table here!

Valet parking only but usually complimentary. The menu is like a South African and Asian fusion. The happy hour slaps - $7 drinks and half price appetizers. The DJ and staff are really chill. More people are coming out to this spot as it's fairly new - it's dimly lit and a good vibe. The bar isn't the biggest but there's a few high top tables in the bar area. The main dining room is up front and perfect for a special occasion. The rest of the lounge are booths and high top tables. It's good to mingle and meet new people without the crazy crowds. We sat at the bar, Meg was our bartender (loved her!!!) We ordered the Nala Rita for our drinks, it was so good, also so strong (if you are a lightweight like me)))))) We had also ordered deviled eggs and French fries for some light bites. Both were delicious and seasoned well. I was glancing at the rest of their menu, and there were some appetizing options that caught my attention, so I will be back to explore their entrées.

I was very surprised at how seasoned this catfish was. It was really good and I'm a sucker for a well seasoned catfish grits a lot of times places make these dishes and it tends to be very bland. The drinks are really good and if you're not careful, they will sneak up on you whoever the bartender happened to be this particular day was really good at mixing a drink so you really couldn't taste the alcohol but after about two drinks, you definitely knew the alcohol was there. Our server was pretty new and she did warn us beforehand that it was only like her first week so she didn't have all the answers to everything which was OK because we tend to look up things before coming to a restaurant anyway however, she was still delight to have she gave us some suggestions on things she did try Was very honest about some of the things that she didn't really care for. They do have a live Dj every single night from what the server was telling us and they have drink specials every night as well so if you're looking for after work, just kind of off of the mental stress of the 9 to 5 I think this might be the place to add to your list. The food here was pretty good and we did go for brunch so I'm excited to see what their dinner menu looks like and I think that might be a visit I have later on in the week so stay tuned !!!
