I first discovered Chive Kitchen at a VegMichigan event where Chive Kitchen's head chef & founder, Susie Silvestre, was doing a cooking demo of their chili. Surprisingly, my favorite dish at Chive Kitchen to this day is their Michigan chili. I've personally always hated chili and was very hesitant to try Chive Kitchen's, but the moment I did, I was transformed. Their chili is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted & ever since then, I've tried to try other place's chilis as well & they all fall SO short. I highly recommend you try a cup of this the next time you dine at Chive Kitchen. It's so scrumptious & I even brought it with me on several camping trips to heat over the campfire on colder events, which really hit the spot. I don't understand how they do it, but the food is so incredible here! They take making food to a whole new level.
