I found Scott online after receiving a catering proposal from someone I considered a friend that was significantly more expensive while offering less food, fewer services, no desserts, no coffee station, and nowhere near the level of presentation that Scott and his team ultimately provided. From our very first conversation, Scott was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping make our event successful. When the evening arrived, he and his staff exceeded every expectation. The presentation was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire evening. Everything was displayed perfectly, constantly refreshed, and presented in a way that made the event feel first class. One thing that stood out to me was the amount of food. We hosted approximately 85 guests, and I honestly believe there was enough food and desserts to comfortably serve well over 120 people. Nobody left hungry, and the quality never suffered despite the abundance. Perhaps the greatest compliment of the night was that multiple guests approached me asking for the caterer's contact information before the event was even over. When people are requesting business cards during the party, you know you've made the right choice. Scott, thank you for helping make our event such a success.
