They just catered my housewarming party and it was a success! The tacos and mulitas were soooo good! Great quality meat! Everything was delicious. The salsa was a tad hot for some so I recommend having another mild salsa on hand but otherwise - perfection! They arrive a half hour before the party to prep and cook and stay for two hours. Next time I think I will have them start later since all my guests always show up late (although they were so kind to make some mulitas and leave the leftovers for those latecomers!) ! We are new to the neighborhood and SO HAPPY that we have found our new taco caterer! I will be calling them again for all my parties! No frills but stellar food. Booking was almost too simple, I saw the reviews so I called and got the menu and info, and exchanged a few texts and everything was all set for the party. I was almost skeptical at that point.. No contract ? For 60 guests!? I would imagine other companies would make you sign contracts and charge a deposit etc. Everything went smoothly - food served on time and everyone was happy and fed on amazing tacos, quesadillas and mulitas :) Very happy indeed. read more

Enjoyed these tacos at a taco Tuesday at Mt Lowe Brewery in Arcadia. Had both the pollo and asada tacos, and the meat was tasty and flavorful for both. I slightly favored the pollo, but both were tasty, and paired with fantastic tortillas as well. We hired them for a baby shower and they were amazing! The food was so good. I'm especially picky about rice and beans but theirs was delicious! We added veggie options and tilapia to the meat choices for just a little more money but everything was still very affordable. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend this vendor when there are so many others out there that cater to your requests with a smile. This guy denied guests food requests because he felt they didn't ask for item by its name (according to him). With no menu posted how are they supposed to know a different name for a QUESADILLA!?!? So their requests got denied! UNBELIEVABLE! And i do not recall one smile coming from this guy. Just terrible! And the taste was just average, nothing worth remembering. A coworker recommended Sandoval Tacos and I'm so glad she did! Jorge was very accommodating with our schedule, and didn't turn us down because it was a relatively small crowd, either. He fit us in nicely on a day where they were tightly booked. Benny showed up exactly when we expected, he set up quickly and soon the air was filled with deliciousness. :) The food was fantastic and Benny was courteous, professional and cheerful. I can't say enough good things about the food. Jose is super responsive to inquiries, available via phone or email, and really worked with me to help make each event great. He brought easy-up tents to my daughters birthday (when we didn't have any) and drove over 20 miles to our location (that was not easy to get to). The best tacos I have ever had from a stand. So fresh and so flavorful. Just delicious. I had them cook for my daughter's party this past weekend for about 30 guests. Everyone loved the food...even the kids! I also ordered bacon hot dogs and the kids said they were great! Love the rice and beans as well. There was a small hiccup at the beginning when the propane tank had a leak, but once they replaced it the food was on the grill sizzling. Guests were going back for seconds.
