He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. Received my bill MONTHS later, only to find I was billed $535 for a set of these terrible inserts that are the same as ones I could have gotten at CVS. The total bill for a WART is $841 after insurance, bringing the bill to $1367. I contacted the billing department who then told me they would contact the front office staff and I received no response. I then called a second time and still have received no response from the front office, until today when I received another bill in the mail. My suggestion- find a different practice with a less rude office staff and more clear communication.
