I switch off from regular glasses, to prescription sunglasses year to year. They have the lastest equipment and don't have to dilate your eyes with sticky drops to complete a full exam. They offer a warranty on your lens for $20. No questions asked, they'll replace them. We'll worth the $ especially when you have kids. Doesn't cover the frames though. Plenty of parking right outside the door, along M52. They give you eyeglasses cleaning solution and a cloth with every order. Free refills when you bring in your empty bottle too. I was disappointed that the appointment quickly shifted into a heavy push for scheduling cataract surgery. Because I do not have any visual impairments or symptoms related to cataracts at this time, this aggressive recommendation felt inappropriate and mismatched with my medical needs. A year ago, I left without seeing the doctor for a FOLLOW UP appointment after waiting 40 minutes without even being taken to an exam room. Right now, for example, I have been here for one full hour and have only spent 5 minutes with any medical personnel. Still waiting. I also find that the reception is not particularly welcoming. If you are willing to put up with these inconveniences, the quality of eye care IS excellent. Update, 10 minutes later. Perhaps the wait is due to the doctor, not office logistics. There are now three of us here in the inner waiting room. We've all been in here an hour and we are all here to see Dr. Gago. 4 other people were called into exam rooms long ago.
