My sister and I visited from out of town. We arrived a little later and decided just to order some local food for the night. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered. They did not tell us our total when we ordered or the fact that apparently they only take cash. Luckily we had some cash. We give the driver our cash and she says "Well, I don't have change." So we ended up paying $40 for $28 worth of food that was not worth the $12 tip she got. We called them to ask why they did not inform us that it was cash only and why their drivers do not carry cash. She said she would send the driver back with change. She never returned. I am not surprised. I think they tried to take advantage of us knowing we were from out of town, and sadly succeeded. I honestly don't recommend them for their terrible service and disappointing food. read more

I really wish I could rate this higher, because I enjoyed the food. The service was just awful, though! I don't know if this woman hated her job or just hated us, but she seemed absolutely miserable. And slow. Soooo slow. We sat upstairs, and they won't serve alcohol there. You can go down to the bar and buy it yourself, they just won't bring it to you. I also wish we had known up front that it was cash-only. Our Athens gluten free pizza was very yummy - a little burned around the edges, but still good. Just don't believe them when they tell you the gf dough makes a personal pizza size - there's definitely enough to share. We also shared a veggie platter that was awesome - pita bread (or in our case, corn chips), fresh veggies, spinach dip, AMAZING hummus, and pesto. It's also big enough to share all by itself. It looks like most people have had better experiences there, and the locals recommended it, so maybe we were just there on an off day. read more

My goodness, where do I start! This place is a frickin' gem! It gets mixed reviews on here and some bad press but it boggles my mind as to why. We've been visiting Eureka for the last couple of years and have ate more pizza from here than my belly cares to count! They kill it in every level! Ridiculous customer service! I mean for cryin out loud the waitress is also who you'll see delivering pizzas! You don't find that kind of talent anywhere!! Yeah, occasionally there's a bit of a wait but get over it there's tons to take in while you do! If you're looking for corporate pizza there's a Pizza Hut somewhere out on the highway that will gladly take your coupon. If you want an amazing pie, calzone, garlic knot o delicious or some killer meatballs then order a beer, walk out on the patio, check out the music venue, people watch, grab a mixed drink downstairs, people watch and chill out!! Our epic server Desiree, I believe was her name, is about as real as you're gonna find! No it's not fast food but aren't you in eureka to unwind and have a good time anyway??! Also caught mid shift change last visit and a frickin giant Viking of a fella named Eli, though intimidating is bout as cool as they come. Best music venue in Eureka Springs for sure. The burly, bearded bartenders will make you anything you like. I know because I saw several groups of ladies ordering shots and mixed drinks loaded with grenadine and orange-hued juices. I stuck with a Mother's Lil Helper IPA, because I like my drinks bubbly and bitter. The pizza place is just a 2.5 star. The food isn't bad, but the service was not great. Our food came out in a somewhat timely fashion, but others at our table waited over an hour. Experience in the food/beverage industry suggested our server forgot to put their order in. She kept making excuses for why the food wasn't ready, which only infuriated our friends more. If she'd have been up front about the goof up, I'm sure all would have been forgiven. Overall, this is a great place for a drink and some good music. It's an eclectic place with a very divey feel. Remember to bring cash if you go, because they don't take cards. read more

Got delivery one night and liked Chelsea's so much ordered delivery the next night. Amazing pizza, decently priced for the size of the pie. A must stop while in Eureka. Next time I'll go the restaurant and see what else they offer. read more

First time in Eureka Springs. We wanted to check out the local pizza joint. Called to get an idea of pricing & any specials. Whoever answered the phone was very impatient, short & rude. This restaurant had a lot of promise. But they forget to advertise that, "This is Chelsea's, that means you wait an hour for food or longer. We're not a Pizza Hut or Domino's" as the rude waitress told us. Would not recommend based on the horrible customer service, and do not go if you don't have an hour or more to spare. read more

it was a very strange cast of characters i was very afraid to take my hand off my wallet as i went in everyone put down their beer and stared at me for what seemed to go on forever , as i went to the bar i asked for a cocktail , at this the whole bar jumped out of their seats with laughter , the bar tender quickly poured whiskey into a dixie cup and said heres your COCKTAIL sonny , i looked down at the fly in my drink and the bartender exclaimed "WHAT, need a umbrelly in that SISSY BOY" i picked out the fly and quickly took my drink ,paid and ran for the door as i made it to the exit i seen this mammoth headed character come through the door he shouted " HEY IM DYLAN" i shuddered , as i clenched my wallet with dear life he asked me where i was from at that moment something blocked the only light in the room , thats when i took haste , i heard alot of scrambling and many hands grabbing at me but i somehow found my way into what i assumed was a patio of some sort but there were more of them blocking my exit they exclaimed " Welcome to chelseas!" at this point i wasnt sure what i was dealing with , i quickly jumped off the patio damaging my leg in the process as i limped my way as far away as i could , i could hear their laughter but when i focused my hearing it change from what sounded as human to .... something very strange ... a odd kind of gargled sound that made my blood curdle and sent shivers down my spine ... i deplore anyone going to this bar to go with a friend as many as you can , and dont drink anything.. but the pizza is good read more

My friends and I had dinner here on a Thursday night recently. The air was cool, but we decided to opt for patio/balcony seating anyway. We sat at a large table and had the entire balcony to ourselves (great for the inevitable people watching). We shared the hummus and pita, chicken nachos, and cordon bleu pizza. I would order every single thing again. My friends noted that the pita bread was the best they've ever had; it had the perfect crisp-to-soft ratio. The nachos were good and the salsa was excellent (I wish there had been more of that). And the pizza. So good. The pizza has a bleu cheese cream sauce and the ratio of bleu cheese to sauce was perfect- not overpowering, but definitely present. It did take awhile for our food to be served (especially the pizza), but we were having such a great time, we didn't mind, and it was totally worth the wait. Oh, I also love that they have several Abita beers available, but no Andygator yet. read more
