Really enjoyed our food. Tried the smoked wings which were delicious and juicy and meaty. The cheesesteak was also good and so was the pulled pork sandwich. Mom tried the baked beans and was impressed by them. Service was good and quick, we went on a holiday Monday so it was pretty empty when we went. Good service. We were a little worried with the reviews we'd seen but the service was good, we got our food quickly, and it was very good. Not sure if they make their own bbq sauce or not but it was tangy and was good on the brisket. The brisket was tender and well seasoned. The brisket baked beans (not pictured) were very tasty. I didn't try the coleslaw but it has a mustard base and others in our party thought it was good. There's nothing fancy about the interior of the restaurant. It's not an overly big place but they have a variety of table sizes and types for all kinds of groups. We would definitely return. read more

This place used to be really great, however, last night I felt like we were in an episode of Bar Rescue. We were seated at one of the high top tables with chairs that make it impossible to move in close to the table. The store room door was kept open so we had a wonderful view of their toilet paper and cleaning supplies while the staff counted tips on the bar. The cheap paper menus were pretty beat up and dirty. The food selection was weird and all over the place. My wife ordered the pepperoni pizza ($20) and I ordered the pastrami Reuben ($18) and fries ($6). Her pizza was 6" and had three pepperoni and barely any cheese. It also had habanero honey which was listed on the menu as "spicy honey". My Reuben was tiny and the red cabbage was used as filler so you couldn't see just how little meat was on the sandwich. This place needs Bar Rescue - the decor, menu, staff, and overall quality is just bad. Do yourself a favor and don't put your stomach and wallet through this. read more

A little bit of a wait, but the staff was so sweet, I'd say we got sat within 45 minutes. We ordered the smokehouse bacon poppers and OMG these are a must try they are so delicious and had a nice kick to them, but nothing too unbearable. They're Arnold palmers are surprisingly delicious and the best I've tried, super refreshing after a day out in the sun! I also ordered the firehouse crispy chicken sandwich, Korean style, and it was good but more on the sweeter side and not spicy whatsoever. I feel like you could mostly taste the honey, but the chicken was cooked to perfection! I'll start with my food was good. The appetizer that we ordered was brought out after we received our entrees. There appeared to be only one person waiting tables for the entire restaurant while many employees were leaning against the bar. She was overwhelmed and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else on the planet except for there (I don't blame her). There was no silverware and to get a refill or Togo box we had to go to the bar and interrupt the workers doing nothing. They also appeared like they wanted nothing more than to not be there. After all of that we were up charged $5 per plate more than the listed prices. When I inquired about the prices I was told it was tax because they are "farm to table" and asked if I had an itemized bill. I turned around to get the bill and the person I was speaking to literally ran away, nowhere to be found. I left feeling like I had been robbed. The entire ordeal from start to finish was incredibly shady. I don't like being lied to, if you want to charge $27 for a sandwich just state that on the menu. First they got some local brews from around town and regular bottles and a full bar... beer it was and they were both pretty decent. I liked the kolsch more than the wit, but they both were really good. We nibbled on the fried pickles and they were just normal fried pickles. But what won me over was their cheesesteak. It was a suggestion bc I couldn't decide and it was a GREAT suggestion! The brisket for meat, onions and peppers and that cheese.. too die for! The beat part for sure.. it had a lot more oil hanging around which worries my but the meal was great. I read other reviews, and I saw some of the same things, but here's my take. We brought our dogs with us, and there was seating available for us outside near the main entrance to the restaurant. It is not a scenic location, by any means, but the service was good nonetheless. At first, the menu seemed somewhat limited, and the pricing seemed a little high. But as it turns out, the food was very good, and the pricing, I believe, was fair for what we were served. My wife and I both had the Wagyu steak burger and it was excellent. Had the house made chips and they were great. Friends that were dining with us enjoyed their meals as well. Based on the food we had, I would say this is a solid bet for a good meal. We didn't try them until the day before we left, simply because they were only open Thursday through Sunday. This may be a seasonal thing, but much of Eureka Springs was like this, although some places were open during the early part of the week. read more

I guess it was one, and then two in training, but they just awkwardly stood there while the one guy talked. We asked what was good for lunch, and the guy suggests the $50 ribeye. Not really what I think of when I want a lunch... the most expensive thing on the menu. The sandwiches and burgers were very expensive. Not what I was expecting when coming to a saloon. I guess it is a touristy area, so they can charge what they want. The place doesn't scream $20 sandwiches from the outside or the inside. My cheesesteak was good, and I really liked how cheesy it was. It said it was made with house smoked brisket, but I didn't get a ton of smoke from it. The chips weren't great. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was amazing! Although it's a "pig" saloon, it served mostly beef entrees. Apparently "pig" is synonymous with motorcyclists, and the area often has bike week. I had the wagyu beef burger and it was tender, juicy and flavorful. I enjoyed every bite. read more

Every time we've came to the hostess stand to tell them how many we have to wait for the hostess girls to get up and get off their phones then it's a real attitude vibe from them when we tell them how many. Next our waiter or waitress has been average not bad service but not great. Now onto the food. The food is great I've had several different meals and they all have been great. I don't like the fact that fries isn't served as a side with your meal so if you don't get chips and order fries they charge you $4 for them. Like I said it's great food but the hostess girls are what is more than likely gonna keep us from coming back because both times now separate occasions they have sucked up there. read more

Upon review of the menu - it seemed the lack of customers may be due to the prices. Reuben Sandwich w Chips - $22. Small 8"' pizza (cheese only) - $21. Salad - $20. I had the $22 cheesesteak which was decent size and tasty. But $22? I'd expect that price at a major airport but not in a small town in Arkansas. Wife had the salad which was large and also very good - but overpriced. So the food was probably 4 stars but 1 start for value. Net of 3 stars overall. We spent 93 dollars plus a tip for a sandwich, gross tator tots that were undercooked and soggy from the "sauce" and a pulled pork and brisket plate that was more fat on the brisket than meat and the portion was already small. I was so disappointed in this place. The food was not good. Everyone I know told me that we just had to eat here. I even made plans to come back a second time during our trip because the menu looks so good, but that was unnecessary. The specialty cherry limeade cocktail was average at best. The fried pickles were ok (the pickled onions were good), but this appetizer is nothing to brag about (we ran out of ranch half way through). Now what was really disappointing were the Wagyu beef burgers. They asked us how we wanted them cooked. We both said medium-rare. My husbands burger was more than done, it was charred. He ate it anyway. Mine was a little more than medium except one tiny spot that was pink. It was not packed but there was a wait to be seated. Once we were seated, the service was good. The manager was told of the problem and had the server offer a 30% discount on that 1 item, instead of taking off the whole price of the sandwich. We visited Eureka Springs and had heard about this place on Guy Fieri's show.. so wanted to try it!
