Good food, service, location. Stopped for a bit of snack and got a couple drinks. Sat on patio and ordered daily special of chicken pate. The food with pickles was actually great. The long island tea was good. The mojito was literally out of a can and not represented as that is what you would be getting. It lacked flavor so this brought the place down a bit. We just arrived into town, had checked in at a nearby hotel and were directed here for lunch. Remember, this is a cash only establishment. Our table ordered the fish and chips, the burger, and the pimento cheese sandwich. The fries are exceptional here. I would order them again in a heartbeat. The pimento cheese sandwich was served on a hamburger bun which was a bit weird but the cheese spread was great. They do have a "Party on the Patio" happy hour and we wanted to return to try that out. It's a good lunch place. read more

Such a cute patio, dog friendly. We had our two Boston Terriers with us and the waiter brought them some water. The food was so delicious and such a good value compared to our dinner at sparkys. The chicken strips were delicious and the ranch was probably the best ranch I've ever had at a food establishment. Will definitely be back! We enjoyed lunch on the shady outdoor patio. The service was very attentive, fast and friendly. Our waiter brought out a water bowl for my pup which was an awesome thing to do on a warm June day. We looked high and low for an early morning Bloody Mary. 10/10 best Bloody Mary in town it was spicy and delicious. This became a daily stop to enjoy the drinks and quaint patio tucked away with a great breeze. the amazing service. read more

This was a nice, homey out-of-the-way restaurant at sort of the end of the Eureka Springs main drag where it isn't such a zoo. They have very shady outdoor seating which is always appreciated. The host/manager/guy who's in charge was so great-he spotted us looking at the menu and came out and asked us if we had any questions (without being pushy) and then told us to seat ourselves outside if we decided to stay which we did. Service was excellent, very fast. I had a ham salad sandwich with a bag of chips which was very tasty, my husband had fish and chips and my daughter had a Caesar salad with a side of fries (I know, she's a weirdo). The fries were especially good. I had a house-made sangria and my daughter had a mai tai out of a can lol but it was still delicious (of course I tried it). Hubs had beer. (Didn't try it, i know what beer tastes like). I've seen some comments about cash only but it isn't so don't worry about that. I would definitely make a point of going back here. It's only expensive if you're not prepared for Eureka Springs prices. Everything is expensive here. read more

Cash only. Restrooms located directly under outside patio so convenient. Nice corner nook right in the heart of downtown Eureka. Stairs for rear exit if needed and shade if you are crazy from the heat. Bloodies were solid and the pork nachos were generous. Service was quick and friendly. So we stopped by here on realllly hot day to get a beer and snack and the prices are fairly cheap and reasonable.. I mean for some beers and a snack we weren't out more then 35 bucks after tip.. The waiters there were really nice and I will be coming back for a quick drink again and maybe something more.. Would be a great break from shopping around town. read more

Cute local cash only restaurant tucked into a corner at the top of one of Eureka's many hills. We enjoyed two spicy Bloody Mary's and a platter of pork nachos at an outdoor table on an amazing spring day. What more could one ask for? I love going to the eureka grill any time I'm in town! the pimento sandwich is always my go to until I tried the new burger they have it's so delicious! they also accept cards now which is soooooo convenient! the staff has always been amazing and attentive. Came in this little hole in the wall for lunch. Very basic food. The burger was like 8.50? It was pretty pathetic. What bummed me out the most was finding out that this was a CASH ONLY restaurant. I didn't see that posted anywhere, even afterwards when I looked. I had to walk down the street to an atm to withdraw cash and was charged 3.50. There are plenty of better places very close by. This place is perfectly situated in a corner nook on Spring St., and they have patio dining along with inside tables. The menu is not huge, but they also offer a variety of daily specials with several made from scratch items. I had a bratwurst with potato salad, and my dining partner had a garden salad with chicken. So, it's simple food, yes, but it was done really well, and when you're hungry and tired and a little heat crazed this is a nice find at the top of one of those hamstring stretcher hills that are all over ES. Very nice waitstaff and the prices were very reasonable compared to some places in this resort town. Would like to go back for a drink on the patio and some people watching! Nice, cozy restaurant. Music is even and inviting. Good spot for a lunch. My wife and I each had a cheeseburger and split a plentiful order of fries. Food was great overall. Staff was friendly and informative and made for excellent conversation. Also had the company of a local named Bones who wasn't great for conversation and didn't cost much to feed but made up for his social awkwardness with a warm and inviting smile. read more

Great location, but food was mediocre at best. I had fish and chips and they were decent. My husband had guacamole burger. The burger meat was like a McDonalds patty, very thin and definitely pre-packaged type. Guacamole also seemed store bought, not fresh. Prices were reasonable. CASH ONLY. read more

This was the best food I've had my entire trip! It was the last dinner of our stay here and it was amazing! I had the fish and chips. Everything was hot and fresh. The fish was steaming hot. The batter was delicious. The fries with seasoning were hot and good with malt vinegar. read more

Stopped for lunch while walking around historic downtown Eureka Springs. Tucked away in a corner spot, I wasn't even sure they served food. Saw some guests with some fries though and circled back to look at the menu. For some reason I was in the mood for some fish. Although I was told the trout was not fresh caught I went for it anyway. It was grilled perfectly and the compound herb butter really made the fish stand out. My wife simply had the hot dog but that too looked great. Nice inexpensive stop for lunch! But cash only!!!! read more

Worst customer service EVER I do NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you like being called names and told you are WRONG. The manager is very RUDE and inconsiderate!!! If I were the owner he would not be working there any longer. We walked in-there were 12 of us- we had to sit at 3 different tables -so we ended up being 3 parties of four. My sister and I tried to tell the manager that the girls at another table were to be on our ticket. He didn't do that. However because we walked in together she added a 20% gratuity to ALL of our bills. But Lee in mind. We were not all sat together. I questioned him and he told me I was WRONG. LONG STORY SHORT-he ended up calling me a belligerent bitch and told me to stop having a hissy fit. I never once raised my voice to him but all he said was you are wrong. And then to top it off I had to go back in because he overcharged me by $35.00. I hope that he gets fired as the food was good but the owner has a SORRY MANAGER working for them who's going to end up putting them out of business. While we were discussing the bill 6 People left and said they would never be back because of the way he was speaking to my sister, my mother, and myself! I quash I could give negative stars! read more

Worst nachos I've ever experienced. Walked in Sunday afternoon and ordered the "Special", their "Super Nachos with Pulled Pork" ($11) with a side of guacamole (extra $2). What arrived was a plate of chips with some black beans right out of the can, topped with maybe a handful of chips with oily "crockpot" pulled pork mixed in, cheddar cheese melted into the mess with a gob of sour cream on top. The guacamole was out of a jar. Wish I'd taken a photo as it was absolutely horrible. Reminds me of something I'd get from the band booster concession stand at a High School football game, only worse. read more

Not much to choose from on a Monday so we found ourselves here on a rainy day. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the fish tacos and a side of fries. The fries were indeed hand cut and cooked just right. Malt vinegar was available which is required when the fries are "real". The tacos had deep fried fish which was just ok. Toppings were fresh. Restrooms were clean. Ok spot, nothing special, won't break the bank. read more

We place orders for the Thai chicken crepes. And then we waited. And waited. It didn't appear they were short staffed, however , a full 25 minutes later, our food arrived. The crepes had generous portions of chicken and that was nice. However, the chicken was dry. So dry. The Thai sauce was nonexistent. My husband went to the counter, and told them the Thai sauce seemed very lacking. The response was we will get you some sauce, that will be an additional $1.50. I heard my husband laugh from across the restaurant. But by golly he gave them that $1.50. We shared the small serving of sauce, bussed our table and left shaking our heads

YUM...had to take it slow as they pack a bit of a punch on an empty stomach. I had the Baked French Onion soup as a starter. The Caesar salads were so fresh and good. No choice on the dressing, but it was very good with no anchovies and freshly baked warm rolls and butter. Our entrees were the 12 oz K.C. prime strip and the 16 oz prime ribeye. I had the loaded baked potato and hubby had fries. The steaks are seasoned so well that you don't need any further S/P or sauces. Cutting into them is like cutting into butter...incredibly tender. The topper of the evening was a Dean Martin tribute singer act starts at 6 pm. His voice is velvety smooth. We left so satisfied and relaxed. What a wonderful evening!

I have visited this place several times now and always been impressed... until tonight…read more It was a Saturday night. It was 8pm, 2 hours before closing and an hour before the kitchen closed. We were promptly greeted and seated as always. We were then immediately greeted by the server, Austin, who made it very clear his mission was to get us in and out promptly. He immediately asks if we knew what we wanted to drink. Mind you we literally just sat down. I told him we would look at the menu but we'd like some bread and oil to start with. He came back for our drink order after just a minute or two and then immediately asked for our food order. Mind you we haven't even hit the 5-6 min mark yet. It was quite clear we were being rushed. So we hurried and gave him our food order. But because I was already perturbed, no drinks were ordered. Now mind you I almost always get a bottle or two of wine. (one of the main reasons we go there is the wine selection) Our server Austin returned after about five minutes with our food. Getting our food so quickly was a surprise. However, still no bread and oil so I reminded him. Which he admitted he forgot. The food was lukewarm at best and had no flavor. We waited for a few minutes for Austin to return so we could ask for salt and Pepper only for him "this time" to suddenly disappear. So I got up and asked the bartenders for salt and pepper. The food was bland and the serving size was half of what we usually get there. When Austin finally returned with the bread and oil, the bread was cold. No attempt at heating it or toasting it. It was literally a roll of French bread, cut into slices, and then some oil thrown in. We were hungry so we ate our dinners. Austin returned as soon as he saw we were done eating to take our plates and asked if we would like any desserts. I made a comment. I don't want any desserts if they taste like our dinner. He then grabbed our plates and walked away, staring at me the entire time. He then immediately brought our tab, which was $79 for two plates of half full pasta dishes, one iced tea and a cold French bread. I have been there several times before to where the service was outstanding, the food delicious, and the atmosphere great. But this was quite disheartening especially at being a Saturday night. I almost always order a bottle or two of wine plus an after dinner cocktail. Because of the way I was made to feel and how bad the food was. I decided not to stay and left almost immediately after my dinner. Especially since it was made so clear we weren't necessarily welcomed to stay. One thing I've always found kind of catchy about the place. Is they serve your water in old retired liquor glasses. Both glasses of water they brought still had the sticky residue left on them. Which was more of an agitation after the night we had. Again, overall, the previous experiences will allow me to go back again. But this experience needed to be heard.

My sister and I dined outside which reminded me of a cafe on the street in Paris. We both ordered the salmon salad. It did take some time for our order to arrive but it was well worth it. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh and flavorful. The waitress was very attentive with refills on iced tea and cold water in jars for the table. Everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
