When are you going to put back into your business and fix things, maybe replace the fucking 19-year-old brushes you have on the foam brush. Poorly ran. Test your shit out and post signs when certain modes stop working.

Well done. When you first pull in, they also spray the front and rear of the vehicle. I do wish they had another line for customers who are "pay per use". There was about 5 cars in line when I pulled up and the line was just moving a little slower than expected. There is an attendant for "pay per use" line to help you and collect payment.

If you actually care about your vehicles paint and the condition after being detailed then i highly recommend to avoid. My car is black and i noticed several high swirls in the paint from there drying towels. Also my wheels were poorly cleaned, they had left over combined wheel cleaner and brake dust that would not come off after drying on. Moral of the story is the $30+ dollar car was cost me a $200 dollar professional exterior buff and wheel polish to get my vehicle looking good again.

The level of detail on the cleaning is top notch, as they get every nook and cranny, pocket, drawer, under, over, you name it. We come here several times a year for our minivan, as it can get messy with three kids, sports, activities, and road trips. We have the nice WeatherTech floor mats throughout and they clean those too! During the winter, when the clean out the car and we let them know we're on the way to pick it up, they will let the engine run to get the car warm for us. We were also borrowing a relative's car while we were looking for a new vehicle. It was an Acura MDX that had a faulty trunk release. We even took it to the shop to see if they could fix it and they said it would cost over $300. When we brought the Acura to Expert Hand Car Wash, we let them know that the trunk wouldn't open, so don't worry about cleaning it. The owner said that they could get it open and it wouldn't cost extra. Sure enough, when we came to pick it up, it was completely fixed! No extra charge! We've had our cars detailed at other local shops and the pricing here is comparable if not less expensive... but for the service and the quality, it's worth every penny coming here. We also tend to tip generously because we are always impressed with the quality and speed.

Bill who runs the car wash is always there and doing quality control checks and super friendly guy to ask questions about the monthly wash programs! They spare nothing here! The soap they use is plentiful and you actually can smell the freshness in the car as it goes thru. The vacuums to clean inside the car are super suction and pick even the littlest stuff up! They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. I'm at ease that Bill and his super crew will take good care of me but most importantly take care of making sure my car gets the best wash! Don't settle for a car wash using luke warm or cold water, diluted suds or no suds at all, inferior dirty washing parts or broken stages of the wash ie; tire scrub, hot wax machine. This was my first time here and I wanted to measure the quality before investing in a plan. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I haven't used either of those in many years. This review is only about their car wash. It was in the winter of 2026 when I brought the car in for a wash. It was an unusually warm day, in the 60s, so perfect to get my car washed. My car was filthy inside and out. Salt was caked on the car, and road salt was all over my interior floor mats. I felt relatively confident they would do a good job on the exterior but was skeptical about the floor mats. There are windows along the car wash so you can watch your car go through the various cycles. I did that. When it got to the end of the line, a gentleman had my floor mats out of the car and was, what looked like, power washing them. Another nice thing about this business is they hand dry the cars. In most cases this is a great service an adds a lot to the appearance of the car. This time, however, they didn't get all of the runoff so, when I got home, there were streaks along the side from water dripping from the door. It had salt in it so it was very visible. The streaks aside, this would only be a problem in the winter months. So, if this was spring or summer, I don't think streaking would be a problem.

If you want your car to stay in tip top shape, highly recommend this car wash. Sure it can be expensive but it is worth it to keep your car shiny and new looking. Your car is also hand dried. They have a lot of different car wash options depending on what you want done. They also do oil changes, car details, etc. Kind of a one stop shop for whatever your car needs are. I had a scratch on my car that needed to be buffed out and the owner was very nice to help it get taken care of.
