Upon entry, I was not warmly greeted...actually ignored until I walked up to the tiny counter and asked the man there how much an oil change would be. He said $80+ for full synthetic and tire rotation was extra. No way; that's almost as crazy as Jiffy Lube, but at least they're more pleasant. Before I could say thank you, he turned around and continued stocking items on his shelf. There was one other man there down under ground and he didn't say anything either. Very poor customer service. I understand why this place is always empty when the other three car service shops in this auto mall are always packed. Poor attitudes and high prices typically lead to out of business. People that are not happy with their choice of profession need to move on and not be miserable. I also never understand how places like this can afford rent. Save yourself some money and deal with good people next door at Remington. Firestone is great too, but also expensive. If you want an oil change at Remington, and want to wait less than an hour, get there at opening time.

They listened to some other problems my husband was noticing and let him know what else they could look at while they were down there. If it was something they could do easily, it would save them time from having to take the part out again and fix it later, then they would be able to offer a discount on the bundled repairs. If the issue was something that required them to be in a different part of the car, then they recommended we wait because it would cost more for the labor of looking/disassembling/reassembling. Totally reasonable! While they were fixing the car, they noticed something with the clutch that was making it wear faster. They provided a recommendation that would improve the engagement plus allow it to last longer. Anyway, the details are just to prove that they're great to work with. They communicate really well and make sure you're comfortable and educated with your options.

I had an anti freeze leak. Took 3 times to fix and stop leaking. Not thinking to much about it cause he is the owner snd should know what he's doing. But when I got home and looked there were so many zip ties I couldn't count them and they were on a hot engine. WHAT!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Took my car to someone else removed the zip ties and fixed whatever they broke for 80.00. Yes 80.00. The part that broke was only 14.00 I will never ever ever go there or tell anybody else. And each time they had my car for about 4 days always making excuses.
