Honestly, these guys are the best in the business! I don't just say that because their work is phenomenal, even though it is. But also, Thomas, the recently promoted general manager, is such a delight every time he comes over. I've had them come three times now, about once a year to clean the carpet. And they always leave it looking brand new! This time was particularly intense, since I got a puppy, about nine months ago. The carpet definitely suffered through the entirety of her potty training and accidents. They just finished and the carpet pretty much looks back to new, which is saying some thing! Every puppy potty accident you could imagine happened many many times on this carpet over the last nine months or so, and now it's as if it didn't happen at all! I am really impressed with this company. Eric gave me a window of between 10-12 and they were there at 9:50. They were so thorough and didn't charge me for areas of carpet not cleaned. I was constantly informed of the progress and what to expect. The entire process was explained in a manner I could understand. There was a paint spot that have been there for a few years. Wow! Thank you so much for your great service and amazing quality and helping us out of the bad situation! We first hired another company which turned out to be a disaster. Apparently, that other company's machine was not powerful enough and possibly broken, so they left all the chemical they used on our carpets soaked into our carpets, and our carpets - soaking wet. The smell was overwhelming, and we had a horrible night with the entire family sleeping in the living room. So in the morning, I just started calling all the carpet cleaning companies, and I truly lucked out because the Chem Dry had a job a few streets over and headed to our home right after. And then I got an introduction to what is a truly professional carpet cleaning company. Not only they did a great job and fixed what the other company did, their equipment was truly impressive. They had a specialized machine for each part of the job. They explained every stage of the process. They were friendly, polite, and courteous. They did a great job! Our carpet was so clean and mostly dry. The owner even called me the next day to make sure everything was ok because I was so worried about that horrible chemical smell from the other company going away, and about our carpet drying up enough for the kids to sleep in their beds. Eric the owner was very responsive with the quote request via the yelp app. Once he arrived at the property, I had a huge oversight and didn't have the power turned on in our new home yet! ‍ he was very calm and continued to measure the space and offered an alternate time for him to come back. (I am normally not such a basket case but moving had me in tangles, and I appreciate his understanding.) When he did come back the next day, he did a great job cleaning our carpet and rug! Eric (owner) responded quickly when i requested a quote to clean pet urine and foot traffic stains out of carpets in two rooms of our home. We had an appointment scheduled for less than a week later (even with us being out of town for the long holiday weekend). They were on time and did an incredible job removing all of the stains. The cleaning products used did not put off any chemical odors into our home which is wonderful since we have an infant and i'm very sensitive to chemicals. I can't say enough good things about Eric and his team at ChemDry Action Quick. I originally had another company booked to clean my couch, but am SO glad that didn't work out in the end. My friend recommended the original cleaners to me, as she has the exact same couch, so I was surprised when they arrived at my house, 20 minutes late, to tell me that they wouldn't be able to clean it. They warned me that the brass buttons I had would bleed onto my cream colored couch, which is crazy since they managed to clean my friends couch with the same buttons. Frustrated I immediately called Eric, who not only walked me through the process of cleaning the couch, but advised me of all the products that would be used, and even offered to fill my dogs water bowl if we wouldn't be home :) I made an appointment for them to come the next morning. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of the couch, because the difference is INCREDIBLE. I knew my couch was dingy, but wow. Eric and his team were so patient and thorough in cleaning my couch (I have a pin-tuck couch), and even had a special cone tool they used to clean in every single button divot. Not only that, but Eric sat there and meticulously picked off every piece of fabric that was pilling on the cushions. Oh, and if anyone was wondering, the brass buttons are fine. Let me just start off by saying, finding a good carpet cleaner or a great one is like trying to find a great tailor, there are many people in both professions that do passable work but finding an exemplary one is like finding a needle in the proverbial haystack. Well I found one today with owner Eric & his co-worker Thomas, they arrived promptly on time at my place at 8:00 AM and Eric before he even unpacked his van did a whole house estimation taking into consideration stairs and actual square footage they would be cleaning. He emphasized in person what he had explained over the phone that "He only charges for the square footage of the carpet he is cleaning" which is a nice touch and many other carpet cleaners do not do that. Eric explained in detail what they would be doing gave me 3 different job estimates and began the work. I have a three level townhouse with a ton of stairs and they worked for over 3 hours!! This was my first time having someone come and clean a couch for me. I had no idea I could even find this service. Eric was amazing! He was so quick to respond with pricing and dates he was available to come. He came right on time at 8 am and gave me a detailed explanation on what was going to happen. It took approximately 2 hours. It dried really fast and I love that used eco friendly products so I'm not breathing in any heavy chemicals.
