These guys really do do a great job! I scheduled an appointment two day's ago and was able to get one for today Friday. The only thing that nobody told me was that they give a time frame between when they'll be showing up, with that being said I do understand that if another job takes a bit longer than expected that they will take their time as I would want for myself too. The team of 2 young men were on time, in and out within 2 hours and didn't miss a single inch of carpet. (We had them clean 4 rooms, two hallways and our staircase for $160). Not bad at all. Got a quote over the phone with Debbie, she couldn't be any nicer! $300 for a 3500sq.ft. Very little stains to begin with so the price might vary for you. The results were great! So I've been using Sam as my carpet cleaner for over 10 years. Same home and same carpet. Sam does an outstanding job every time. It always smells clean and I love his touch of how he finishes the pattern with his machine. Ike a fancy latte at a premium coffee shop. Anyhow I let a couple stay at my home while I was on a work assignment. Sadly one of them spilled a coffee drink on my light tan carpet leaving a big stain. Unknown to me they tried to make things right and hired a local "Big Time" self professed expert. After spending a good chunk of their money the results where disappointing. They were shy to let me know. After seeing the stain I asked who did the work and it wasn't Sam. So I called him out and asked his secretary if he could get coffee out. She did tell me that coffee yes but coffee with sugar and cream might be a challenge. Well Sam showed the same day that I called and worked his magic as before. The stain was about 70 percent better now then what was left by the previous vendor as that's the best it can be done. He's honest and a true professional.
