She responded immediately to my message, took great care of my daughter's cat, and put her mind at ease with photos and updates. Allan comes to the house to pick up Ripley (my dog) and take him for hikes and gets him out of the house for 2-4 hours. Ripley explodes with excitement every single time Allan meets him at the door--it's honestly the highlight of his day! Allan is an incredible communicator, always letting me know when he's on his way and when he's safely back with Ripley through the Yo Dog App and text. The updates he sends are the sweetest, with so many amazing pictures of Ripley having a blast with the other pups. I especially love that he posts his Strava recap after their adventures. It gives me a great sense of how far they've walked and what kind of exercise Ripley got that day. As a dog owner himself, Allan truly understands how important it is to care for other people's animals as if they were his own. This past New Years, I was with my puppy at Lake Hollywood park and she ended up getting hit by a car. I obviously panicked and am kind of new to the Noho community, so I called Wanda, who was an absolute saving grace through the entire process. As a result of dog hospitalization, reconstructive surgery, a lot of therapy, and being surrounded by so much love from Wanda, my dog is almost back to her full energetic self. She now goes to Wanda's everyday and I believe being in such a safe and positive environment while my hands were tied at work, really contributed to Burton's recovery. I'm forever grateful for Wanda and her family and recommend her dog sitting/walking services a million times over.

Wanda was recommended to me when I took a very sudden job out of town; I had someone to stay at the house but no way would this person have given my dogs the attention they were used to. Cue Wanda... My dogs took one look at her, ran to her and I was history. Over the years she met me at the vet when one was sick. She made them homemade biscuits when one had allergies. She fixed my horrible DIY grooming job. She threw balls and toys tirelessly. When one dog developed an obsession with going for car rides, she put him in the car and drove him around the block a few times so he felt like he'd had a special outing. She had a key to my house and went to check on the dogs without me having to ask if I was working later than expected. I can't think of a single thing she wouldn't or didn't do. I don't live in the area anymore but there is no one I would recommend or trust more than Wanda with my 4 legged family members.

These people are absolute sick freaks and monsters. I left my dog there for 48 HOURS and came back…read moreto a dog on death's door step. He was shivering, limping, and drooling uncontrollably. Then they had the gall to shoo me out the door and refuse to answer my questions and tell me my dog was like that when I left him there. He absolutely was not and I shudder to think what would have happened had I left him there longer. At no point did ANYONE call me to tell me something had happened or follow up with me. Everytime I tried to call back, I kept getting the runaround of "the manager" (Santiago who other reviews have rightfully pointed out is a real POS who refuses to take any accountability with this torture chamber he's running) wasn't there or no one was working there over the weekend when my dog got injured. When I took my dog to the vet, they found multiple lacerations and puncture wounds on my dog's paws. To this day, we still don't know what happened and multiple vets couldn't figure it out. So either there's some sick employee torturing the dogs or they are just neglectful to the point of evil. My dog also didn't poop for four days after and was drooling for 10 days straight. See pictures and a report from the vet attached. There is clearly a weapon/bite mark of some sort on his left paw and two of his other paws also had lacerations. I'm sure I'll get some canned response from Santiago or the corporate PR person saying I'm disgruntled or mistaken but I'm not and you know I'm not. If you have such an issue with it, call me back and man up: tell me what happened to my dog. You know what happened to my dog and you're wasting everyone's time pretending otherwise. There is no way a dog gets this badly injured under your care and no one knows about it; you just thought it would go away. It cost me over $3k and a month to get him back to normal and the only reason I'm not suing is because I have excellent pet insurance. You people deserve to be in jail and shut down.
