Once the date arrived, she sent a text reminder with a picture of the building and instructions to fill out paperwork. Google maps will tell you that you have arrived, but you probably have not. You have to make a right in the strip mall before you hit the Italian restaurant. We arrived late, but she was still pleasant. My boyfriend and I scheduled back to back massages. There was a nice waiting area by the front, so it was comfortable. I told Coretta that I liked deep pressure and that I had a lot of tension in my neck and back. She went to work and boy oh boy did I feel my muscles fighting her. She worked on my arms, calves and ankles, back, neck, head, and glutes. She asked if I was comfortable throughout the massage and I always appreciate that. I usually like my feet massaged but I suspect she ran out of time after working on all the knots in my neck and back. I later learned that she didn't massage my boyfriend's feet either, so maybe she doesn't massage feet. The office is clean and welcoming. She has a white noise machine and background music. The massage table was very comfortable and I was perfectly warm by the blankets. Coretta was very professional and has a lot of strength for those that like deep pressure. We had this company install all new carpet squares in our church sanctuary. The very next morning…read morewe had multiple pieces of carpet coming loose on our platform. They came back and fixed those pieces and two weeks later we notice pieces on both sides of the room coming up. They come back again to repair all these pieces coming loose. A couple weeks later we notice multiple pieces in the back of the sanctuary coming up. I called and told them I wanted to talk to someone in charge. They had one of their key personnel call me. They finally come out with the installer and salesman to look at the problem. Then they schedule another rep to come out with them another time. They did not roll the carpet with a weighted roller after install. The rep they bring in admits this was a part of the problem so they agree to replace the carpet. At the time of this review they just finished the full replacement install today at 3:00 pm. I watched the install. When they finished as the salesman told me they would roll the carpet and do so both directions. I watched the worker through the entire rolling process. He only rolled it one direction. They were about to leave and I had called their lead person but while waiting for them to call back I asked if they rolled it both ways. They said they had. Yet I watched them not do so and even have it on video through our security cameras. They then received a call from the salesman and brought the roller back in. I have now just a couple of hours after the install already found two areas again where the carpet is coming up. I sent video and a picture to the main contact. The response, "Should be a quick fix. We will try and come out on Monday". If you install the carpet properly the first time, there would be no need to come back again. I have never had this many issues with any carpet company. I went with them through a referral of another company that had done work for us. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of using them for commercial carpet install, find someone else. When I told them I wanted a different crew this time, they tell me this is the only crew they have to do this install.

Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. He ran multiple dry runs with our generator to ensure every targeted breaker was functioning properly, and even took the panel back off to include an additional circuit I initially didn't think would be necessary, but ultimately agreed was important for emergency situations.
