They gave me a date and time, followed up twice to remind me, and Jeff showed up 15 minutes on the day. They will not move furniture to get under the bed etc... There were dirty spots behind the doors because they didnt shut the door to clean behind them nor in the cracks and corners of the house. The urine odor has been a very stubborn problem and he has come back 2 MORE TIMES at no additional cost to try to remove it!
