Cleaned carpets prior to our move in. Previous homeowner had cats which left faint odor and kitty litter in some of the rooms. Did a great job, spent a lot of time on each room. They quickly got to work, verified the complete cost and then changed our extremely old and pet stained carpets into brand new looking plush carpet at the end of the day. Seriously a miracle worker! I am very pleased with the quality of work Mike did at my house. I called and he was able to get my in later that afternoon. We were having company over the next day and we recently had to put our family dog down because his and mobility, we had also lost control over his bladder and left urine in the hallway & in other rooms. It was terrible looking. Mike suggested that we go with 2 treatment on the tough spots (mainly the hallway). All the rooms look great with no stains and he said if any of the old stains come back within a month he would return to treat them again. He probably spent 2 1/2 hours working on the carpets, that consisted of the dining room, hallway two bedrooms and the walk-in closet. read more

Great service from the beginning. Mike came same day I called him to give me a free estimate to clean carpets in my family room, living room, hallway and stairs. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He provided the estimate and I called him the following day to schedule appointment. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to clean carpets that Thursday. He arrived on time and went to work. Mike was efficient and thorough. Best of all my carpets look great! We have used Chem-Dry of Woodland since 2009. We bought our own carpet shampooer which works fine for minor jobs. For overall and thorough cleaning, though, we rely on Chem-Dry. The price is very reasonable, the service is professional, and the carpets look like new. Chem-Dry also offers tile cleaning, and we will call on Chem-Dry to clean the downstairs which is mostly tile. Good job and thanks! read more
