I paid $1 for 32 minutes but the machine only showed 28 minutes of dry time. I paid 75 cents for 24 minutes but got 21 minutes of dry time. And also, the charges on my card don't match up with the cost of the washer used. It sucks that a laundromat isn't notifying customers of dring time changes while charging for the higher minutes and you have to make sure that two exact date size washers aren't charging 2 different prices. The owners and employees don't even pretend to care and don't address any concerns. I guess they value profits over happy customers. Oh, and let's not forget about the roaches.
