They're always ready within 24 hours. You get a CC receipt and that's what allows you to pickup your laundry. Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. I had no idea that you needed to buy a card there to use the machine--I was trying to use my regular credit card until the girl working there asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and helped me get a card and start the machine. Many seats and a TV that you can sit and watch while waiting. The staff constantly walked around, sweeping and bringing the carts back to one area. I love that they have a laundry drop-off/pick-up service. Now that I can see how clean this place really is, I may utilize this service in the future!
