I have been to this Salon several times. Emily did my nails. They were at best Mediocre. I told her the last time that I didn't care for the shaping & she insisted that was the shape I asked for. I requested Oval they looked very unprofessional. I also had my daughter go there. Neither of us were happy. I am new to the area & have since found a salon that less expensive & did an absolute beautiful professional job on my nails. I do not recommend Cheri for professional job nor price. $5 less for Gel Manicure & $10 less for gel pedicure. TNT Nails in Toms River. Super Job! read more

This is cheap ass nail polish, cheaper than the dollar store. During my visit I had to request the nail tech to used to a new emery board. Nasty You know an emery board used on a fungus​-infected nail can introduce the fungal infection to an uninfected nail on the same person. today i went in for a pedicure .. sat in the seat and rolled my pants up and the older lady who started doing my toes took alll the gel off ... then started painting them clear ? no water no scrub no nothing ... i looked at her confused & asked her what she was doing ? if you ask me she was rushing because at no point did i say i needed a color change ! her daughter tried to tell me it was miscommunication and they continued back-and-forth in there language. after the tension i just wanted to get outta there. the french tip was a 6 outta 10. i promise i won't go back & i don't recommend. they are short staffed and i waited 35 mins for my friend to get her design as the lady who started her nails left right in the middle of her nails. unprofessional & need to learn more english!! for less " miscommunication " read more

I would not recommend this place at all. They are way over-priced. Their business card says they accept debit and credit cards, but neglects to inform that there is an upcharge for using it. The technician I had did not speak English and I had to resort to filing a few of my own nails to indicate what I wanted. She then applied the nail polish so sparingly that I could see through the color, although I had chosen a dark one. There was no drying station. I realize that the majority of people now choose to use polish that does not require drying time, but for those of us who are allergic to those polishes, it is still required. There are many shops to choose from in Lacey. Choose any one but this. read more

I brought my friends daughter in for a nail fix and polish change. The nail tech said for the price that would all cost it was better to just pay for a fill so I said that was fine. He gave me a price and then worked on her nails. After he was done he said he had to give her all new nails so the price went up more. But this is the thing... he did not give her all new nails, he put ONE new nail on. When I said that to him he said "well I fixed the others" and I was very confused. Not sure what he meant by fixed the nails but if he meant filled them in wellll isn't that what you do with a fill? You fill in the nails?! The woman at the front desk was very rude too when I questioned it with her. She then told me the price went up because he "reshaped the nails" that was also a lie I see on google several reviews similar to this.. wish I looked there before picking this salon. read more

I was there today and the only good thing about this place is the receptionist! The person I think was owner Tam, did only what he wanted. I wanted powder dip white white. He didn't do powder dip. So once I asked he said it's a different way to do powder dip. It wasn't and then after I complained and said this is too light won't match my pedicure. He then put gel polish over acrylic nails. He never never talked to me. He just did what he wanted. The receptionist put the white powder dip on his station and he never touched it. I got away from acrylic nails because they are too thick, and to much buffing so your fingers are sore. Regular powder dip is a lighter thinner nail, and not much buffing. I never complain but this really got me upset! The pedicure lady was asleep in a pedicure chair and had to be woken up to do my pedicure. It was not good. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. This was not good. Then after he screwed up he proceeded to speak in his language to the two other people in the salon. It is so rude, when people do that! You should respect your clients. He acted rude and then he left. Only thing nice about this whole appointment was the lady at the front desk! Thank you for making me feel better. I even paid more and tipped both well. Neither person deserved it. I will never go back! Again the sweet receptionist is the only thing good in this salon! My three stars are for the receptionist! Very sad. read more
