I showed she was listed as my agent with the home office of Allstate and Allstate showed her she was my agent. But she said she was not getting paid because she was not listed as my agent. I have been with her since 2009 according to Allstate records. Instead of her calling the home office to clear up the discrepancy she told me to do it. I called the home office and they said there was no problem. Jaclyn did not like that answer and told me to find another agent and this conversation ves over. She refused to take my call.
