Great choice. They absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Chasu Pork Belly tacos, and honestly they may be the best tacos I've ever had. The pork belly is slow cooked and then pan seared, giving it a rich, savory depth with just the right amount of caramelized texture. The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. The impressive part is that you can taste every ingredient individually, yet each bite comes together as one perfectly balanced taco. If you're at the Phoodery, don't skip these tacos.

Owner and chef William Snyder is a serious mycologist and local mushroom hunter who forages for the seasonal treats. He deep fries them in a delicate tempura batter and serves them with pickled onions, a siracha sauce on the side and lotus root chips. This is a "don't miss" dish with a presentation worthy of a white tablecloth big city restaurant. Wow!

As parents of the groom, we wanted our son to have whatever he wanted for his Rehearsal Dinner. Sooo, when his request was Low Country Boil, we had to figure something out without knowing anyone out there! Ashley was an answer to prayers! She did a tasting with our son and now daughter in law. He loved every bite and really liked Ashley and her new catering business!! Needless to say, she pulled off that Low Country Boil and it was amazing! She also brought fried chicken, potato salad, etc. to complete our Son's Southern Rehearsal Dinner!! Please, do not hesitate to use this caterer, we did, and r very satisfied!!Unfortunately, we were so busy we did not take a picture of the food, but here is a picture of our lucky son and his beautiful wife!!

She was very pleasant to talk to. The artichoke spinach dip was the top favorite. We ordered a deli meat and cheese tray (among other items), and she brought us some homemade rolls along with store bought ones. Very tasty. She even brought a complimentary bag of tortilla chips (great with the dip). We would definitely recommend her as a caterer.

They've catered other events I've attended in the past, and this time they worked with us on ridiculously short notice--just 23 hours, lol. Great prices and communication. All we had to do was pick up the food before the event (which came in a convenient refrigerated container for easy transport). We ordered two trays of 24 tacos--carne asada, chicken, and carnitas--along with generous portions of toppings, beans, rice, chips, salsa, and sauces. The food was fresh, and our guests were well-fed and happy. Side note: I dined in once years ago for a large family gathering and remember being really pleased. The location is a bit odd, but super convenient.
