I just asked why they were so cheap (damaged, re-sale, fake). The owner came over yelling at me "You don't like a deal!!" . That was enough. I did not trust that anything in that store was real anyway so I took my money to Oak Brook and bought what I needed. Stay away, somthing is not right about this place.

This location in Chicagoland, had a smaller inventory than I've seen and had the typical 50% off the 2nd pair offer. The store was decently stocked, with a full clearance section racks in the back. Nothing jumped out value wise to justify lugging shoes back home, but certainly was worth the time to check it out.

The past few times I have been there, the staff stays up at the front talking and laughing and ignore you even when you walk up and ask for it. They don't try to help you find alternatives if they don't have something. They don't try other stores. They roll their eyes. If you complain they say they don't line your attitude. I spent 40 years in sales. The customer may not always be right but the customer is the customer. I will fight the temptation of shopping here for the convenience and go to Downers Grove instead. Service is 1000 times better.

I missed last years event but was able to attend this year. I arrived a little early so I could get a nice standing spot up front. There were so many people from children to adults waiting on Mr. Claus himself to arrive my Helicopter. There were activities for the kids to enjoy. There was a free hot chocolate stand set up. Face painting, and free activities for kids. If you spent $25 or more purchase from any merchant store at Winston Plaza. You were able to get a free photo with Santa. The kickoff started at noon and Mr. & Mrs. Claus landed safely and in fashion. This was a epic experience for the family.

According to opentable.com , there's 39 restaurants to dine in around the area. 2 stars because I had to drive around the area to get to certain stores and face weather conditions instead of being indoors for my daughter to roam around and less risk of being sick.

This store is new, clean and well attended by the staff. When I asked for the help, the staff was always glad to help either finding the stuff or checking the price for me. The line was never too long at the check out. I got kids brand name clothes from there all the time. You could not find better deal than $10 for a Ralph Lauren girl's cotton dress which was $42 originally or $5 for a Nike boy T-shirt.

It's kind of a hit or miss; I've had good experiences and not-so-good experiences. No matter what time of the day you come here at, I swear this Walmart is always busy. I've never seen it slow on any day or any time. The parking can be kind of hectic because of this, too, but I usually just park in the back anyway to avoid it (gotta get my steps in). This Walmart is BIG and has everything a Walmart requires - food, clothes, toiletries, electronics, decor, seasonal stuff, etc. Sometimes I find their shelves empty and running out of a lot of stuff. Sometimes I find their shelves fully stocked, it's really up in the air when I come in. I've usually always had a good experience with the staff though; they're pretty helpful and nice. The worst experience I had was when my sister and I bought a TV here for our apartment. We bought a TV and had a good experience with the employees; however, when we opened up the TV at home there was a huge crack in it and it was not a workable TV because of it. We went back to customer service and it turns out they re-sold a returned, broken TV. They said it should have never been on their shelves. It was just a whole ordeal and took kinda long and then we had to buy another TV since that was the last one within the price range we were looking for. I've been to better Walmarts and I've been to worse, this one is okay if you're looking for simple items!
