Other parts of the store were so limited I couldn't find what I needed: absolutely no nude-colored stockings/hose in any sizes- there were a few in black and white (who wears white hose?) and a pair of fishnets- but that won't work. Oh well. I got 3 out of 4 items that I needed. And at decent prices. Michael at checkout was great, very quick, efficient and pleasant. Line moved quickly. Restroom was clean. Parking lot was big and easy to access from Mannheim.

Really good... but not like the super huge ones that have a better selection. They have everything there, from cosmetics and clothes to furniture and everything for your home! I bought a beautiful cabinet for my bedroom, they have carpets, everything for the kitchen, bathroom, garden, also spices, some food... And all the staff are very friendly and helpful! One star deducted because this location still doesn't receive shipments of the higher end brands. I had a very disappointing experience at this Men's Wearhouse location that left me in a difficult…read moreposition just days before an important family event. Nine days before my father's 75th birthday celebration on March 7, 2026, I came into the store specifically to purchase a suit for the event. From the very beginning, I made it very clear to the staff that I only had nine days and repeatedly asked if it would be possible to have the suit tailored, pressed, and ready in time. Two different staff members helped me select the suit, and during the process they asked several times when I needed it. Each time I clearly explained the date and the importance of the event. When the tailor came out to measure me for alterations, he also asked when the suit was needed. In total, the deadline was discussed six or seven times, and each time I was assured that the suit could be completed two days before the event. Based on those repeated assurances, I paid in full for the suit, alterations, and a tailored shirt. When I returned expecting to pick up the suit, I was shocked to learn that it would not be ready until a week after my event. When I asked how this could happen after the deadline had been discussed so many times, the only option offered was a refund. While I appreciate that the refund was issued, it does not solve the situation that was created. I was left without a suit and with almost no time to find another option before a very important family milestone. The most frustrating part is that I specifically asked multiple times if the timeline was realistic. If the staff had simply told me that the alterations could not be completed in time, I would have gone somewhere else immediately or even rented a suit. Instead, I relied on the assurances I was given. I am sharing this experience because this type of miscommunication should not happen when customers are planning for important life events. If someone from store management, district manager or Men's Wearhouse corporate customer care would like to reach out to discuss this situation, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with them directly.

However, don't let that price tag deter you from checking out redE - seems they have clothes to fit every budget. Sifting through the racks, I came across many beautifully-cut pieces. The boutique carries clothing by some fabulous designers, including Theory, Black Halo, Hale Bob and my favorite dress designer, Alice + Olivia (see above reference to $600 dress). The sales associate was friendly and helpful, though left me to my own devices when I said I was just browsing (read: oohing and ahhing over everything!). Maybe, just maybe, I'll treat myself to that dress for my birthday ;)

All of the women there have been excellent- first rate. Sooo- I stop in today- as I usually do- and I noticed a woman I had never seen before. I noticed right off the bat that her energy was sharp toward me- and that's okay. I'm in sales- I understand that not everyone likes everyone. So- I see a sweater I like and decide to try it on. I hear her voice from behind the curtain-"I think you would be more suited to a "woman's cut " hmmmm. Now, understand none of this is solicited in any way. To which I follow with-"what does that mean?" And here's the best part- she says "you know - for women north of fifty". To which I swung the curtain open and asked - "what did you just say to me?" Because I needed to hear if hats what she actually said. Yes. She actually did say that. I don't think I need any follow up- because ,well- I guess being insulted just isn't my bag. I can go hang out on the west side if I need uneducated rude unsolicited advice. Thanks anyhow.
