They bothered me the whole time I was in there and kept pressuring me to pick something. They had a ton of shoes in the front of the store that were marked at $1.00. I just asked why they were so cheap (damaged, re-sale, fake). The owner came over yelling at me "You don't like a deal!!" . That was enough. I did not trust that anything in that store was real anyway so I took my money to Oak Brook and bought what I needed. Stay away, somthing is not right about this place.

Unfortunately, I was soo WRONG! First, the lady working there, who I believe is the owner, was soo rude, and did not even offer to assist me!! What kind of customer service is that? Next, the quality of shoes, and clothes were HORRIBLE!! With a business name, like this one, I assumed they would have a nice selection of high quality items. Lastly, it was impossible for me to find anything to fit my size 9/10 (depending on the shoe) feet. I believe shoe stores should carry at least one size 9 and 10 per shoe model. Especially since size 9 and up are becoming more common. If you don't want to be highly disappointed, and waste your time, don't visit this business. I prefer visiting DSW in River forest, at least there they offer to help me! To prove how rude, and what a liar the store owner is, as soon as I posted my review, I received TWO nasty messages from her on two seperate accounts. She is also posting fake reviews on her page. What kind of business owner does this? I will definitely be contacting YELP.

I rung the doorbell and a grumpy old man with glasses came to door. No hello, no verbiage. Either he has a vocal problem or didn't want to be bothered I couldn't figure it out. He reached for a bag I placed on the ground and took it inside. He came back and thought I was going to hand him the 2nd bag which I placed it on the ground for him. A short older guy came to assist and he took the luggage and 3rd bag. He told me to have a nice day but I requested a receipt. The grump man gave it to me. The shorter guy thanked me for the donation. I know these guys volunteer their time. I just can't deal with with rudeness at any age.

I wish they had more hours. But what they have offers enough time for me to shop there. Such a pleasant shopping experience! My Husband luvs the store too & trust me he is not into shopping. We both had a great time! The store is super neat & the prices are low to very fair. Push baskets to shop with. Enough room to browse around. Round racks for clothing so you don't have to be in a narrow isle & in someone's way. Dressing rooms if you need them. The clothes & other items are very nice. Not junk as other stores try to sell & for high prices. The prices are good & reasonable. I go for clothes & more. But they do have a very nice selection of furniture, dishes & house items, toys, shoes, nice coats & much more. This was my first time shopping at this wonderful store. I plan to go back as much as I can. I was lucky to be there when all blue tickets of clothes were only $1! Yes, $1!. You can't even buy anything at a $1 Tree store for $1 anymore! Some things are a bit pricey but not bad at all! I love shopping at store like this. Many people donate nice clothes etc. Also I luv finding different kinds of jackets, coats, tops & more that you do not see in chain stores. The staff is very friendly greeting waiting to get in customers with a cheerful "Good Morning" & so pleasant to deal with. For the holidays I see the store has extended hours. The down side is the regular hours are only 3 weekdays open from 10 am till 4 pm. But I will take it. I am retired so very lucky I can shop here & it is not super far for us to drive to. There is a huge parking lot in the back as well. I can't wait to shop here again. For some time I was shopping at another thrift store & 1 of the volunteers was so unpleasant & mean to me. So, It looks like they lost alot of my business. This is another reason I am so happy Gerry & I finally tried this store. We always drive by it & now we can shop here & find some nice things. If you take your time, and look through everything, you can find some great deals. I found a DKNY perfume that I really wanted and had been looking for at various discount stores. l I found another Kate Spade spray perfume as well. I also got a bunch of black blouses which I needed as staple pieces to mix with my current wardrobe. Even if my "less than favorite" location, I have to say, I always find some good stuff at Ross. My husband picked up two dress shirts as well. The key is just having a good eye and knowing what to look for. Ignore the colors or styles you don't like and look for what you do want (in my case, my eye just hones in on black).

This location was closest to our destination, so figured to kill a little time. The signage on this store still says Super Target, and it does have a full grocery store. My wife has been trying mushroom coffee, and swears it's helping to clear her occasional brain 'fog', so picked up a bag. All I wanted were some laundry detergent sheets, but this store didn't carry. We though maybe it would be in the travel size section, but no luck. Tons of registers, with no wait. The cashier was friendly and chatty, asking about the coffee we were buying. My wife took the opportunity to share her thoughts about it, and just might have found another prospective believer. I still remember when Target, Target Greatland, and Super Target were all branding distinctions of Minneapolis based retailer, with the 'Super' having a full grocery store. Target has moved away from these distinctions, just relying on 'Target' branding for their newest stores. Looks like this one just hasn't been rebranded yet.

I live about 20 minutes away and simply wanted to confirm an item before making the drive back to the store. Unfortunately, without being able to reach anyone, it made the situation very inconvenient. I hope management can address this issue to improve customer service and communication.
