She didn't know that the salesmen was my son. Needless to say these people didn't do anything other then cause me in needed frustration. This is NOT how to conduct business. When I called back, I got their AI service. Airco has gone to great lengths to make this seem like a real person but its just not quite right. Ultimately, the put me on hold and I ended having to hang up for a work call. My home office is about 8 feet away from the front door. I never heard the tech knock on the door. I dont think they did given that I am so close to that door and never left my chair. When I finally got a person to take the call, they were indifferent and cut me off by saying "do you want to reschedule" (as in, I dont want to hear about your issue). So, I called "One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning" and immediately got a human who scheduled service for the same day. Don't let Airco's constant barrage of commercials lure you in to believing that they are a good option. I should have checked their yelp ratings before I tried to use them.
