I spoke to Caleb today and he told me all warranty jobs take THREE MONTHS. I am 70 years old and cut my .27 acre property every week. It has now not been cut for 4 weeks and no one cares. NEVER, if you are an individual, go to this company for repairs of any small engine. Maybe if I were younger and and a man my equipment would have been repaired long ago.

MacAbee charged her $72. *Thankfully* they told her they couldn't (or wouldn't) do the same for another similar but non-Stihl leaf blower which also needed service. She found Small Engine Solutions who performed the exact same repair and only charged her $20. We will certainly recommend anyone we know who needs such service and doesn't want to get ripped off go to Small Engine Solutions. Note: this company is new and therefore didn't have their website up & running at the time of this review. They purchased the old business at their location for years known as Weed Whackers.

Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. They were able to attach it without having to replace the whole fender. This saved me over $400 and I did not have to file an insurance claim. I was already a very satisfied customer. Then Hurricane Helene caused a tree to land on the hood of my Lexus. My son was able to wire the hood and front fender together so I could drive in to get an estimate from Henson's Collision Center. My insurance company authorized the repairs and an appointment was made to begin the work. When the new hood arrived it was defective and Henson's would not use anything that was unsuitable, so ordered another hood. I am so pleased they insisted on quality parts when entrusted with my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. An added bonus was the fact that they polished/buffed out the "foggy" looking headlight lenses! They are now clear and I feel much safer knowing my headlights show up when driving at night or in the rain. Henson's did not have to take this extra step, but chose to help me out since I lamented that the lenses were really cloudy. This act of kindness, and generosity, is just one of the reasons I will always trust them whenever my car needs help. Everyone I dealt with was kind, considerate and pleasant to deal with.
