The office initially billed the wrong amount and later corrected it after I contacted them. In addition, incorrect implant information was sent to my restorative dentist, which caused delays during my crown appointment while the offices sorted it out. The clinical work may have been fine, but the administrative and communication issues made the experience frustrating, especially given the cost of treatment. Patients spending this kind of money expect billing accuracy and proper coordination between providers.

After being followed to my vehicle and cussed at by the receptionist because I…read morewanted to use my insurance instead of paying cash outright, I found an outstanding dentist locally. I was able to use my insurance as well so my actual out of pocket was just over $100. While at Kennesaw Mountain they told me I needed two crowns for the two root canals I had done at the Endo. The Endo recommended a crown and a filling, (one tooth was cracked), Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates told me I actually needed two crowns to the tune of almost $3,000. Come to find out I didn't actually need two crowns. The recommendation from the Endo was correct, all I needed was a crown and a filling this is after both dentists at my new dentist looked at the root canals done by my Endo. So in addition to being rude and lazy, they are also trying to over charge by pushing unnecessary dental procedures. Be very careful if you visit Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates. Make sure you reach out to your insurer prior to your visit and check your coverage or they may try what they tried with me and tell you that you don't have coverage. Also if they recommend a procedure don't hesitate to hit pause, take few days and get a second opinion. It could save you thousands of dollars.
