Dr. Lavian called me at 730 pm Friday to tell my a biopsy showed a skin sore was cancerous and he set up an appointment to freeze it. I don't mind leaving a credit card number in their system. They wait on insurance payments and deserve to be paid as soon as possible after my appts. I ran out of a 5U prescription on a Friday night (should have seen that coming) and left a phone message requesting a refill. Dr. Lavian put in a refill to my pharmacy and it was ready on Saturday afternoon. I especially appreciate their patience repeating instructions and comments, due to my slight deafness.

It was my first time getting a full blonding balayage. I knew it would take a long time since I was going from super dark hair to blonde. In total, it took 7 hours. I'm happy I found this salon because it's in a private studio so it's quiet and relaxing. I love how passionate she is about her job, and she works really hard on getting you to your hair goal. I'm thinking about going back to get another bleaching session since I like my hair to be super blonde but I'm afraid my hair will break off. I might risk it though haha. Overall, I love this salon. UPDATE: I learned something today during our second booking (which was even better than the…read morefirst)--the term 'masseuse' is for a female therapist lol, so I am updating my review with the proper terminology xD This guy's the real deal--absolutely outstanding massage for both my wife and for me, and we've got a very high bar for massage therapists. Amazed at how we both came out feeling from just a 1hr/1hr couples' massage: he could feel the areas that needed work, knew what we were doing to that caused those issues without us telling him, and ironed those places out better than any other massage or chiropractor we've found here...if that's not the sign of a seriously exceptional and perceptive therapist, I don't know what is. And he's a really friendly, nice guy to boot. The RV setup is honestly great, we felt extremely comfortable in there and he's cleared out a really big space in the back for a full walk-around massage table--surprisingly spacious and very relaxing. Price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the service, to the point where the 'mobile' aspect is just icing on the cake because we'd absolutely drive across town to see him if we had to.
