Started out as an exceptional experience for HRT. Short story, trying to get ready for another pellet plant. My PCP is a Psycho. She had me go to Gastro for elevated LFT's. When Gastro released me to get another implant, my PCP said you have to go to Hepatology. Hepatology is the Extension for Serious liver, pancreas, etc. and so on. Never gave me a reason Why. (changing PCP). So when I chat MWC, they say goodbye and thanks. Here's MY issue. Doc. Donnay Never told me to get OFF progesterone, as without a second hormone, PROG will start causing cells to morph in the uterus that may become Pre-cancerous. I went to this practice Because Dr. Donnay is SO scientifically connected with ALL the BS that women have to deal with. VERY disappointed. read more

I do not recommend this practitioner. Very rude, and arrogant. No bedside manners. The receptionist is very rude too, has a bad attitude. I had a horrible experience with this place. They do not communicate well and don't really care about patients unless they will be making money from them. read more

I just had my first Morpheus8 skin tightening treatment today with the lovely ladies of Maricopa Wellness Center. Their medspa is comfortable and everyone was very friendly and kind. After numbing for about an hour, my treatment was quick and fairly painless. Deserae did a great job walking me through the whole treatment and making sure I was comfortable. You want to know how good this place is?! Its drive here from Scottsdale kind of good. It was recommended to me by some girlfriends and now I can't trust anyone else with the skin health. Kristina is my Botox goddess and always gives just enough in all the right places, Des keeps my skin in shape especially my back from working out and everyone in the office is warm and makes you feel special despite the regulations they have during these hard times. 12/10 would highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Maricopa Wellness Center for Bioidentical Hormone Pellets for the past 3 years. I travel from Gilbert, a 45-minute drive because I've gone to other places near my home and have not received the high quality of care or results that I have received from Maricopa Wellness Center. I've seen a huge difference with the hormones that I have received at Maricopa Wellness Center. I now have more energy and the fogginess I was experiencing has improved greatly. The quality of professionalism and care I have received from Kristina Donnay and her staff has been the best I have ever experienced. Sadly, it cost me a ton of money to realize these guys are just after money. They get you really good, don't sign a contract with them, that's how they really get you. Sly foxes, they rush you through everything so you don't have a second to think, my problem, should have read everything. Cost me $250 to figure it out. Every single appointment they want to up sell you some costly cream or something else, they want your wallet so bad it's gross. The laser treatment completely broke me out with sores and pimples that my skin never had before. Beware, total shysters. read more

I have been going to Maricopa Wellness Center for about 2 years now. I normally see Brooke for all my facial needs but I recently started seeing Kristina for Botox (LOVE IT!!) and Des for my laser facials. They are simply the BEST at what they do! I signed up for the monthly facial club and that is a MUST for you all! You pay a set fee every month and get your choice of facials for that amount. Of course you can upgrade for stem cell facials, laser facials or others but you don't have to. My favorite is the ever so hydrating jelly mask and dermaplane facial. LOVE!!!!!! So hydrating and we need it with this Arizona sun. Their staff is amazing! The reception girls Jennifer and Michelle are the sweetest and just as knowledgeable. Maricopa Wellness also has their own line of product and let me tell you, the product is GOOD!!! REALLY GOOD! I have a variety and I must be addicted to their product because I swear I think I have it all and WHAM! They come out with something new. Was very excited to try this local business, however two things prevented me from enjoying a more relaxed environment while receiving services. Front desk person while friendly and informative, promised me a lot of information to take away once services were completed and she was no where to be found (went home I was told) upon checkout. I left with no information. Booked services for a derma plane facial which was ok, however loud chattering and laughing from employees in the office kept me from enjoying my experience which we pay for. If those two things improve I will be back. read more
