Donnay Never told me to get OFF progesterone, as without a second hormone, PROG will start causing cells to morph in the uterus that may become Pre-cancerous. My mom has a surgery scheduled wanted to figure out her appointment around this. She texted her daughter to follow up and reschedule, since no one followed up when her first one was canceled. No response. She followed up and asked if no one follows up or can reschedule should she advise her to go elsewhere? No response. My mom followed up again to say that she obviously needs to find somewhere else to go at this point. Sherri's daughter got angry with my mom and went off saying she lacked patience for the lack of response. She then implied that her Groupon business is worthless to them. I am extremely disappointed in: - The lack of professionalism. Sherri's daughter texted my mother from her cell phone as a way of communication from her business. I completely understand emergencies and cancellations happen. Using your personal cell phone to communicate and it being okay on your terms, but when my mom just wanted to follow up to reschedule since you did not weeks later, you get angry with her persistency in wanting to fix the issue when your business should have taken it into your hands to reschedule my mom to begin with. I understand life happens, emergencies happen. That's when communication is key. If Sherri is still in the hospital or if whatever is going on, you can communicate with my mother politely provide GOOD customer service to simply say, I will call you on between these dates to reschedule, and apologize for the lack of follow up. - Treating "groupon" customers as if there's no value. I've been using groupon for services to discover new businesses that have actually made me into a long term customer. Its a great way to try out a new place based on reviews and see if this can be a continued relationship. If you feel groupon customers is chump change for you, please discontinue your relationship with them. - Ruining a gifting experience for my Mother. I was excited for her to get pampered and have a wonderful experience as mention on reviews here and groupon. But instead she called me to ask if there was a way I could get refunded due to this experience. I now am doing my best to make up for this gift gone bad. I don't feel this is a reflection of Sherri and her services, but there's things that definitely need to get addressed to ensure this doesn't keep happening or hasn't already happened to multiple customers.
