His office is very close to both of the places I lived for the past 20 years. Knowing the blood system and all the things around that, he has really helped me through some dark days. The office folks are very helpful too, just knowing how he prefers to care for his patients, they make it easy for all of us. I'm thankful I did not have to go into the hospital on his watch, although I'm sure that would have been really easy for him to adjust. Just this year, the type of care that I had was concerning a mild medically-induced stroke. Again, I can't say good enough things about Dr. Kellogg.

Since then, other ladies have told me of its effects with them. I didn't notice much the first couple months, then it hit me in my right leg and forearm. Would never had taken it if I knew. I had to get physical therapy for 6 weeks to help my foot and leg, and it still isn't the same. I am very disappointed in Dr. Lindhaur for not warning me about the side effects of this medication.

In the middle I was called by someone named Vonda from the Boswell office who tried to get me to continue with my 2024 health insurance into 2025 for their convenience, using various lies involving illegal practices she said were employed by new insurance companies. Then I endured a painful "simulation" without information regarding what to expect, music, blanket, or, most importantly, regard for my slightly dislocated shoulder joints. No alternative to standard positioning was offered or tried, and I was treated like a child. Be advised there are no female technicians at this site, so women with breast cancer have to be subjected to rough handling and breast manipulation by males. After another two hours of attempted positioning for treatment in a painful position due to my shoulders, I had still had no radiation treatment. I then transferred to the Boswell location, and was very effectively and compassionately cared for by a radiation therapist named Danielle, who completed the treatment very efficiently.

I'm like what is your purpose then? because the breast exam, Dr. Poku could have done. I wasted an hour of my time leaving work just for her to defer everything back to my OB. Terrible service and experience. Would not recommend.

As far as the callback option, you may or may not be called back. I suffer from severe chronic back and SI joint pain from an unhealed pelvic fracture, so sitting in the waiting room sometimes over an hour past my appointment time is ridiculous, I shouldn't have to take a dose of morphine to get through the waiting process. I have left a couple times because of unbearable pain. Front desk agents are rude and seem uncaring. When I come in for an infusion the room is never more than 1/2 full but wait time to even be acknowledged is way too long. Dr Batra doesn't seem to care about my extenuating circumstances. I have mantle cell lymphoma which is all the stress I can bear without what I have just described added to it. Mantle cell is an incurable and aggressive cancer so time precious.

The reason for my visit was a therapeutic phlebotomy and while I had several at another Banner facility, they were always a little tough, I was told I am a "hard stick". The staff were always nice, just had trouble hitting the right spot to get blood. Not so here, the Phlebotomist that drew my blood was WONDERFUL! Hit it the first-time with little pain or discomfort and had me on my way in no time. I do recommend

Today he went to the clinic because he is so sick, needing his treatment and they told him they didn't believe him that he had been trying to call. He is going to have to go to the ER to get help now. This clinic used to be great...responsive and kind. I'm not sure what has happened but it has drastically gone down hill and they don't seem to give two shits about the patients well being.
