BEFORE In exam room prior to urine test. walking she was urinating frequently. Never urinated in home or ask to go out more often .
    Ca P.

Do NOT EVER GO HERE DR JESSICA FRAGOLA IS NEGLIGENT HORRIBLE WORSE !! Took our dog for urine test . FRAGOLA did NOT ever ask if ok to do Cystocentisis ! Our dog Wags was urinating often on our walks. 11 yrs walking I know my girl.Never urinated in home or ask to go out more. Possibly a UTI I told Vet she threw up grass ONLY ONCE in house last week. Vet wanted to do X-RAY her GI tract, Wags vomited grass ONCE! That's not reason to do X-ray . Right I should have left right away from that suggestion Vet next said she wanted to give her a camel bag she looks little dehydrated. No thanks she's ok. Vet agreed w me.Discussed blood work I agreed to a senior panel.Tech comes in takes Wags I'm waiting in exam room . The door opens I see my dogs head down then come up if she could talk she'd say WTH ! Wags creeped in with her back hunched head down and pee'd , moved a bit pee'd moved to door stood clearly in pain. THE DR NEVER CAME BACK IN ROOM! She avoided talking to us ! I asked tech what's spots on floor . She said your dog expressed her anal glands it's normal. As per top Vet Drs that perform the cystocentisis NO it's not common . Only if dog is scared, restrained and hurting . FRAGOLA did not come in . Tech said we can pay take dog home . We walked right out front Wags stood there hurting I took video of poor Wags in pain. Then ran in said we need a doctor! 3 Techs and FRAGOLA come to see. FRAGOLA says to me what's wrong ? Look at Wags. She said I brought her in like that.i have pic of Wags in exam room that day before she hurt her!!! Wags is lame from her! Told her to get away! I called other Vet to see but Wags could not get in car. Still out side with Tech I had to ask her for towels to clean Wags from expressing her anal glands because she was sacred traumatized and badly hurt. The tech asked if I'd see a different dr there . Reluctantly agreed. Vet 2 said so far the urine test shows NO UTI or diabetes. She looked Wags over did an ultra sound in exam room. Asked if she could do an ultrasound downstairs and I can come with. I agreed . She saw something and said it looks like a prostate she could be a hermaphrodite. Ha would be best scenario. Told me call this other dr who knows ultrasounds better. I paid and left. Wags right legs are injured she's limping worse and worse . Not eating , hand feeding while she's laying down only occasionally will eat . She is traumatized & hurting . Me too ! I asked for all medical records from Vets Got everything but one piece . FRAGOLAs report on the cystocentsis is missing ! The office manager told me FRAGOLA was neglectful not to tell me about urine test and not to come back into exam room and talk to me . She officered what's can they do . I said I'll get back to her . This happened Aug 28 I'm not type to not give people a chance to make good . However CHA hospital was bought out by 1.8 billion that owns Red Bank Vets, calling it Compassionate care for pets or something . They only refunded the money. Wags is permanently injured and more from this place . We have much more to tell you . Contact me @ Caroleaqua@gmail.com We don't want anyone else's pet and family to suffer the way we are . Vets need to be held accountable for their actions . Pets are family members . Family court judges take pets seriously. Pets are not just personal property. Wags quality of life has been ruined by this Vet. If you believe it's time a Dr Vet causes pain and suffering to your loved furry member of your family and you lmk .

We were continuously given medication without a clear explanation of the underlying cause. When we finally sought a second opinion at another veterinary hospital, we were informed that he had advanced stomach cancer as well as kidney disease. We were told that his condition had progressed significantly and that earlier, more comprehensive testing might have made a difference. We were devastated to learn that it was too late for effective treatment and had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep. What makes this even more upsetting is that after losing our dog, we continue to receive repeated calls regarding the remaining balance from the last visit. During a time of grief, we expected empathy and compassion not persistent billing reminders. Pet owners deserve transparency, thorough diagnostics, and genuine care

The staff from that first horrible phone call to make arrangements to put him down until the very last moment of picking up his ashes was nothing short of exemplary compassionate service. I have never written a review as sad / of this content …read more.. Yesterday, we as a family, had to make a hard and humane decision for our sweet 16 plus year old Dachshund who had been ailing for several months ... Our boy now had fluid both around his heart AND lungs ... He also went down to less than 5 lbs ... We saw a young female doctor who was utterly kind, compassionate and empathetic. She was so gentle with our boy and patient with us. I was bawling and my kids were very upset and teary eyed. We were only offered two options and agreed on the worst one that was best for our sweetheart... The process started and I held my boy while my kids pet his tiny head. Jack passed peacefully and didn't flinch with the needle, as with all other vaccinations in his long life ... We opted for cremation ... we got his paw print in a sweet small plaque and locks of his fur in teeny corked bottles :( I am unwell and will never be the same, but this doctor (I was out of it and forget her name) and assisting staff were exceptional. REST IN PEACE MY JACK - I LOVE YOU FOREVER ... .

I was a total mess when we arrived but the staff was waiting as promised and took my cat to the back to begin working on him immediately. The Doctor came out to explain what was happening and took us to the back. They did everything they could for my little guy but he unfortunately didn't make it :( This was my first time losing a pet and I was of course totally in my emotions but they were so patient and caring. They allowed us to have time alone to say farewell and also walked us through our options which they call "wishes" for the pets. They offered a free paw print keepsake which we really appreciated before we headed back home .... one of the toughest days of our lives but Mount Laurel Animal Hospital staff made it as bearable as anyone possibly could and took great care of our little guy from start to finish.

It was a brutal winter and I also had a cold, and maybe assumed we were in the same boat. But she encouraged me, against my own reluctance, to get an x-ray immediately. I did, and the x-ray revealed it was a much more serious condition called congestive heart failure. She helped get him emergency doses of a medication that likely saved his life during a really stressful snowstorm week in February where it was difficult to coordinate. She also pushed me to take him to a cardiologist, which I was also reluctant to do. But I'm glad I did. He was really at death's door 5 months ago, and now he's under a treatment plan that has kept him alive with decent quality of life. I'm super grateful to the Dr. Lee, and the staff generally. I almost forgot to leave this review for the treatment that happened in February, because when you're stressed out over a pet and the pet survives the last thing you think about it giving credit on yelp. Your mind is on your pet. That's something to consider when reading reviews. I also just took him in for a vet-tech appointment yesterday and the tech also was super helpful and reassuring. So overall this place has been great.

If your pet needs anything more complex than routine vaccines, DO NOT GO HERE…read more I brought my young cat here with a lump that was eventually diagnosed as mammary cancer, she died later in the year. The treatment she received at world of animals was abysmal. This practice has serious issues with communication, knowledge and accuracy. I was first told my cats cancerous tumor was benign and to just "try antibiotics", then after removing the tumor, I was inaccurately told that they removed all of it, and that she would survive many more years and no treatment was needed, and I was dismissed and almost laughed at when I would bring up concerns about how she was acting. In fact, they did not remove it all, and her cancer was extremely aggressive and she needed treatment that they didn't even tell me about, so she only lived another 6 months. My final interaction with this practice was them giving me the wrong dosage for my dying cats pain medication, which was TEN TIMES her normal dose. Luckily I noticed before giving it to her. I highly recommend going to Penn Vet or PASE for anything cancer-related, and will not be taking any pet here again.

I had my dog Kiki since she was a tiny puppy. She was fiercely protective of me, loyal, and incredibly kind in so many ways -- truly one of the best dogs I've ever had. Her aggression started around age 3 and grew over time, especially when she felt jealous. Despite years of trying to manage her behavior, rearranging our home, and attempting to find her a suitable adoptive home, nothing worked. When she nearly bit my infant, I knew I had to prioritize the safety of my wife and two young children. The decision to euthanize Kiki on March 8th was heartbreaking and has left me feeling very low ever since. Your team -- the veterinarian, vet techs, and all the staff -- could not have been more kind and understanding. You sat down with me, listened carefully, and helped me thoughtfully assess the situation and everyone's quality of life. Your empathy during such a painful time meant more than I can say. Today, I opened my mailbox and found the most touching handwritten letter from your hospital, along with Kiki's snout print and paw print. I completely broke down crying with my wife. That small but incredibly meaningful gesture helped release emotions I had been holding in for weeks and is truly helping me through the grieving process. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism, compassion, and for remembering Kiki so thoughtfully. You are the best veterinary team I could have asked for during this time. I will never forget your kindness. Sincerely, Mark Adsuara
