This is an amazing, caring vet. They are so patient with my questions and requests. They treat my dog so well!! Cooper has to be muzzled at the vet, but that does not stop the vet techs and doctors from being kind, sweet, and loving on him. Especially during COVID- the office was clean, safe, and extremely organized. I really appreciated them taking Cooper without me. Turns out, he behaves much better when I'm not there. As much as I bother them, they've never made me feel like a bother. Thank you CHAH team! read more

Do NOT EVER GO HERE DR JESSICA FRAGOLA IS NEGLIGENT HORRIBLE WORSE !! Took our dog for urine test . FRAGOLA did NOT ever ask if ok to do Cystocentisis ! Our dog Wags was urinating often on our walks. 11 yrs walking I know my girl.Never urinated in home or ask to go out more. Possibly a UTI I told Vet she threw up grass ONLY ONCE in house last week. Vet wanted to do X-RAY her GI tract, Wags vomited grass ONCE! That's not reason to do X-ray . Right I should have left right away from that suggestion Vet next said she wanted to give her a camel bag she looks little dehydrated. No thanks she's ok. Vet agreed w me.Discussed blood work I agreed to a senior panel.Tech comes in takes Wags I'm waiting in exam room . The door opens I see my dogs head down then come up if she could talk she'd say WTH ! Wags creeped in with her back hunched head down and pee'd , moved a bit pee'd moved to door stood clearly in pain. THE DR NEVER CAME BACK IN ROOM! She avoided talking to us ! I asked tech what's spots on floor . She said your dog expressed her anal glands it's normal. As per top Vet Drs that perform the cystocentisis NO it's not common . Only if dog is scared, restrained and hurting . FRAGOLA did not come in . Tech said we can pay take dog home . We walked right out front Wags stood there hurting I took video of poor Wags in pain. Then ran in said we need a doctor! 3 Techs and FRAGOLA come to see. FRAGOLA says to me what's wrong ? Look at Wags. She said I brought her in like that.i have pic of Wags in exam room that day before she hurt her!!! Wags is lame from her! Told her to get away! I called other Vet to see but Wags could not get in car. Still out side with Tech I had to ask her for towels to clean Wags from expressing her anal glands because she was sacred traumatized and badly hurt. The tech asked if I'd see a different dr there . Reluctantly agreed. Vet 2 said so far the urine test shows NO UTI or diabetes. She looked Wags over did an ultra sound in exam room. Asked if she could do an ultrasound downstairs and I can come with. I agreed . She saw something and said it looks like a prostate she could be a hermaphrodite. Ha would be best scenario. Told me call this other dr who knows ultrasounds better. I paid and left. Wags right legs are injured she's limping worse and worse . Not eating , hand feeding while she's laying down only occasionally will eat . She is traumatized & hurting . Me too ! I asked for all medical records from Vets Got everything but one piece . FRAGOLAs report on the cystocentsis is missing ! The office manager told me FRAGOLA was neglectful not to tell me about urine test and not to come back into exam room and talk to me . She officered what's can they do . I said I'll get back to her . This happened Aug 28 I'm not type to not give people a chance to make good . However CHA hospital was bought out by 1.8 billion that owns Red Bank Vets, calling it Compassionate care for pets or something . They only refunded the money. The docs are great but the shop is ridiculously expensive. Since covid they require you park and call to check in, like many vets. Problem there is a computer answers and then you get put on hold for a *long* time, waiting for a human to pick up. The check-in and check-out process sucks. I'm moving all 3 of my pups to Pennsauken AH. Better price. A human answers the phone. And they do great work with rescues - not in it just to make a buck. read more

Good customer service is really hard to find lately, but the entire team at Cherry Hill Animal Hospital has always treated me with dignity and respect. I never feel rushed when I call or visit. The team is very patient and caring. Dr. Ennis is wonderful and she was the only vet I trusted to do oral surgery for one of my cats. I am thankful for CHAH and highly recommend them. read more

So far, we only went once- but we had to choose a new vet because our vet of many years (VCA Maple Shade) was closing. We liked going there until the doctor we loved retired and after that it was just a revolving door of doctors. We never saw the same doctor twice and our dog has a lot of complex health issues. Our first visit to Cherry Hill Animal Hospital was great. Kasey checked us in and she was so sweet with our dog. Dr. Pieroni is excellent! She even remembered treating him once several months ago for an emergency visit to Red Bank. Very thorough and everything we were hoping for. When we left, Denise at the front desk gave us some Halloween dog treats which he ate as soon as we got in the car to leave. I only wish we could have switched sooner. If you're not seeing the same one or two doctors, you should probably switch to another. I highly recommend this practice! Only one visit, but it was everything we had hoped for!! read more

When we first got our French Bulldog puppy, our friends recommended this place to us. The first few visits started out great. We really liked the vet techs and the first vet we saw was great. Only complaint was that we had decided to break up the shots and they charged us each time for a full exam (which was literally just getting his weight and temperature) even though we were going every week, which seemed absurd and cost us hundreds of dollars. The next vet we saw was absolutely horrible. Not only did she lecture us about getting a French Bulldog but was very condescending. She mentioned that French Bulldogs are known to have breathing problems which we obviously knew. We feed our dog Ollie, which is fresh human grade cooked dog food which is high in protein. She screamed at us and said our dog will get heart disease because this is a grain free diet and contained peas. Legit screamed...so unprofessional. I had done extensive research before choosing this food for my dog. Had she done her due diligence, she would have been aware that in fact, the FDA's research shows that grain free dog food using legumes, peas and lentils as their primary ingredient (as opposed to meat) in fact are linked to heart disease. Ollie's primary ingredients are beef and beef heart. So after this whole lecture from her about how terrible the food is that we were feeding him, she tells us that we should feed him some brand that was created by one of the vets they are affiliated with which is THE SAME EXACT THING WE ARE FEEDING OUR DOG. We decided to give them one more chance when our puppy got an ear infection. This was a horrible horrible mistake. They took him in the back room to clean his ears. I have never in my life heard a dog make the screaming sounds this puppy was making. It was heart wrenching. When she brought him back to us she tried to show us how to clean his ears properly. She dug her entire fingernail into his ear and he again SCREAMED. It was horrible. The next day we noticed this poor puppy was bleeding in his ears and had scabs from the rough treatment he received here. Side note: we decided to get our dog the airway surgery to improve his quality of life upon the recommendation of our new vet (Dr. Anthony at Haddon Vet who is absolutely amazing btw). Our pet insurance company must have reached out to Cherry Hill Animal Hospital, who in turn told them that they had diagnosed him with breathing issues prior and therefore were denying our claim for thousands of dollars. He was NEVER diagnosed with anything from this horrible place. We were simply told that because of his breed, he may have breathing issues. Needless to say, we will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. Our dog is now terrified to even get in the car for fear he's being brought back here and this is a year later. The difference between this place and our new vet is like night and day. Highly recommend Haddon Vet. Stay away from this HORRIBLE place. read more

Just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Dr. Avery, Kerri and Laura (and all others involved) for taking such good care of my baby, Bane. He has had a stressful long few weeks but I am so impressed with how they handled him before, during and after surgery. They have a "no anxiety" approach ((for both the pet and person)) that helped my cat relax and enjoy her treats(ment)!
