We came here a few times and really enjoyed their sauna. This studio is nice, quiet and clean. They have plenty of sauna rooms on the first floor and extended up to 2nd floor. They have single rooms, couple rooms, and two rooms with an share opened door so you can see your friend in the other room. The only thing we didn't like about this place, as well as their other studio in Boulder, is that they don't give you free bottle of water. They sell water instead. Why? Considering how much you'll be sweating in the sauna, the least they can do to enhance the experience is giving you water. Good thing we brought water with us so we wouldn't dried out! read more

My first time doing infrared sauna with a friend in a suite with tandem doors, we each got our own pod, it was so much fun! With privacy in mind and a state of serenity (the lighting in the suite puts you in the mood!), the sessions can be enjoyed alone (great for solitude) or like us, get a suite with the tandem door open, we squeezed in a much needed gossip session while sweating away! The cooling, essential oil doused COLD towel (used at the end but given to you at the beginning) is the ultimate enjoyment! DON'T FORGET YOUR WATER. Or buy one from the studio, you want to stay hydrated. We booked a 40 minute session, going against the advice that 30 minutes are perfect for beginners - we had to call it quits at around 35, lol. We were started off at 140F. The pods remind me of wood fire pizza burners, haha. They can slide up and down and are lined with tons of towels, very hygienic. And I had no safety worries as all staff was wearing masks the entire time. Plus with the high temp I'd think all virus would be diminished. We started sweating buckets around 10 minutes in. It is beyond the most extreme cardio sesh you can think of. My friend said at the end that I was glowing, so I guess the detoxing worked! One advice would be to bring layers to change into in case you get so hot out of the session but it's cold outside of the studio. When I had an issue and complaint, the management reached out to apologize and offer up solutions to the current issues going on which is the noise in the hallway when in the pods and one of the light switches not working in one of their pods. They're working on solving those issues and being proactive about it which I appreciate. read more

This place is amazing. The sweat is unreal and unlike any other sweat I have had. It feels so healthy and clean after you get out. Yes, it is tough because of the heat but it is worth it. Also, Annabella makes the whole experience even better. She is the manager and does a fantastic job! She is so friendly, personable, and really caring. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The facilities are absolutely not clean. There is not enough transition time between appointments to thoroughly sanitize the rooms. They over book the schedule and over work employees. When it's busy they put clients in rooms that haven't been cleaned AT ALL. They force employees work even when they are sick and have no regard to the threat of covid exposure. Don't go here unless you're okay with laying on top of strangers sweat and filth. read more
