First things first it was last minute and he sealed the deal quick for my birthday! Shawn not only picked me up, ok? But he also had a location where the GROUP got picked up. There were 20 of us. It was this gorgeous white stretch Escalade limo that fit us comfortably and was clean as hell. The limo was stocked with mixers and he gave us a lil special treatment with a top shelf mix-in if you catch my drift, which was really nice At first the plan was for them to pick us up and bring us to two different night clubs and then call it for the night, but in the end we ended up going to not one but TWO extra clubs that we wouldn't have been able to get into at ALL without Shawn talking to the bouncers and vouching for us. Like, they didn't wanna let us in, but Shawn worked his magic and got us VIP access We were drunk and Shawn made sure we were able to get in and out of the limo w/o breaking our necks. I planned a surprise party for my girlfriends birthday. Shawn (our driver) showed up earlier than the requested time which was perfect because it allowed us to decorate the party bus without rushing.Shawn was very accommodating and got us to all our destinations on time. He kept checking in on us and made sure our ride was fun and comfortable. We rode in luxury with their new Mercedes van (fits up to 14 guests) . The van is equipped with Bluetooth and two big screen TVs. Music was loud and the LED lights were a great touch. SPECTACULARLY HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! My husband and I used this service for our wedding on March 21, 2015. The first call when I hired them a couple of months before the wedding was fine and we could have the limo the whole day and it seemed like a good deal, everything was fine. However, when I contacted them a few weeks later about changes for the wedding pick up times, they did not get back to me or even acknowledge that they got my email. When I threatened them to give me my $200 deposit back, only THEN did they respond! I did not get an apology, no 'sorry for the inconvenience', nothing. That was the first clue. We gave them CLEAR instructions not to contact myself or my husband on the day of the wedding and to contact our planners and the driver did NOT follow that instruction, he instead contacted my husband and there is a wedding photo of him on the phone talking to the driver that I would like to be deleted because it reminds me of HOW INCOMPETENT this driver is and he is the only sore spot on a very happy day. The limo was awful, it was stocked with water and everything we would need, however the limo itself was in bad condition. The windows were messed up, the limo was tacky, even the best man was annoyed. The driver doesn't seem to know how to drive, we arrived at the wrong location for the ceremony and had to go to the other side of the facility but it took an extraordinarily long time to get there! He took an extra half an hour at least! We could have walked there or he could have dropped us off at a different entrance and we would have walked to our location, it would have been faster. My whole wedding party was annoyed with the amount of time it took to make a simple trip that should have just been one left turn. We had hired him for the whole day, however, he started asking when would he get paid almost right at the start! He asked my wedding planner when would he get paid THREE times!! I had a bunch of family in town over the new year's weekend. There was 15 of us total. I was planning an 8hr Napa trip picking up and departing from northern SF. Shawn picked us up in a huge escalade ext limo. We had plenty of room and space to even take post-wine naps. He keeps the limo in good shape. State of the art stereo system with ipod hookups and a bunch of screens everywhere for movies and videos. There's this fireplace setting in the front that's warm. The limo is pretty decked out. Airport car service is good too. Standard TownCar. Shawn's service was great. Prompted and open to changing it up if necessary. He was accommodating to the changing schedule that is a Napa trip. Horrible horrible service! We hired them for our wedding last Saturday and everything about our wedding was perfect except for this limo service. First, I made sure to coordinate and explained the service I needed for that day 3 pickups from our hotel to our venue (10-15mins) away. Limo was to also shuttle the bridal party and family from the ceremony parking to the reception parking lot (less than 1 mile). I got an okay from Shawn that this was just fine and the contract indicating the pick up time for each trip. The day before the wedding day I called them to confirm our booking and to let me know who will be our driver and provide me their contact info - they said they will call me with this information the morning of my wedding which was okay with me since our wedding wasn't until 6pm and our pickup time was 4:00pm. I did NOT get that call and instead I called them at 3:30pm to make sure they were on their way for the first pick up. They said they were on their way. First pickup - my now sister-in-law said that the driver and his assistant was very rude and didn't even open their door for them. Second pickup - the groom & his party - was fine Third pickup - me (the bride) and my party - the limo was late to pick us up and blamed my groom and his party which my husband denies being the cause. When we got to the ceremony site already 30 mins late the driver did not know how to back up to where the limo was supposed to park - he took extremely long to finally park (we were 40 mins late to start the ceremony). I could have let all this go including the lateness and the sucky driving but the worst part of it all was that the driver had the audacity to talk to me about the bill before I can even come out to walk down the aisle. We still have him reserved for 2 hours so I could not believe that he wanted to discuss our bill before the ceremony! I was already having a panic attack because I was nervous and we were extremely late and now this guy wants me to discuss the bill with him before I walked down the aisle! I asked him very nicely, "Can we please talk about this later, we have you reserved until 8pm. Can I please get married first?" To which he respond, "Oh, oh yeah. Sorry that's fine." This is just unbelievable! Even our wedding coordinator commented how horrible the limo service and driver was and she's worked with a lot of them already. So overall, I would definitely NOT recommend this limo service and wish I could have hired someone else so we wouldn't have been delayed. read more

But the tricky way they work is you put in what you are looking for they come back with options, you put down a non-refundable deposit on what you want and then they go back to the limo service to confirm it. The service may deny the request or approve it. It is a bit tricky if you ask me. I used this service to book a limo for New Year's eve. I know limo service that night skyrockets so I was prepared to pay a lot. I found a great price (too good to be true and it was) and decided to book. I did this about 6 weeks prior to New Years Eve. The ride was confirmed and all was good to go. I then called the limo service directly to ask about making a change and the agent on the phone had no clue why I had gotten such a good rate and that they needed to cancel my ride. WHAT? I booked it according to the pricing policy they had with Limos.com and paid my non refundable deposit and they just want to cancel it. It turned out the company had not updated their pricing for NYE and after they confirmed my ride went back to Limos.com and canceled it. I got this notification 3 weeks before NYE. Limos.com refunded my nonrefundable deposit and after a long time on the phone complaining about this they offered me a credit for a future ride. I am sorry, but if I had canceled my ride I would be out of the deposit. If they are going to enter in to agreements with companies these companies should uphold their end of the bargain too or risk consequence. Terrible experience. He also let me sit in the front with him, so I could still keep an eye on the gaggle of 11 year old girls without cramping their style.
