Very easy and straightforward! I called ahead earlier to verify estimated wait time, and the gentleman who answered was very nice and reassuring, Soon as I pulled in, the kind young man greeted me with such politeness and professionalism. Although I knew I'd have to wait for my car to be seen, he got me the paperwork right away. They have plenty of outdoor seating, and the couch I am sitting on in their garage as I write this review is comfy as heck! They kept me updated on the ETA on my car being done, (which hasn't even been long even with other cars ahead of me) and the gentleman went over everything with me. Definitely come here if you want smooth, easy, and professional service!

Cherry Smog has come through for me again. I called Fri afternoon to make a smog appt for my Yukon on Sat morning as soon as they opened. I had so many things to do and didn't want to take a chance on a Saturday morning as a walk in. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that I didn't need an appt, I was hesitant, but Ok. Sure enough, I came in and was able to pull right into the bay and they started on my car right away. The gentlemen working here (and the tire shop next door) were helpful and patiently answered my questions. Great service again! Thank you Cherry Smog :D read more

It's a smog check place. It's star certified. There isn't much to distinguish it from the dozens in the area. Some older photos are misleading. There is no vending machine of any kind in the waiting area, and I didn't see any water available. There doesn't appear to be a restroom for customers. You can be in and out quickly if you're lucky enough to arrive when the bay is empty. There is a $1 fee for using a credit card. The shop supposedly takes all competitors' coupons, but I don't know how that works. I got a very good price using Groupon. read more

Looked everywhere online for a shop that had good reviews and called a couple. I got voicemails or the phone ringing off the hook with no answer. Insert Jesse and Cherry Smog. He answered right away, got me in on the same day and took care of me quickly. The shop is easy to find and incredibly helpful. I'm not smogging cars every week, but I know that whenever I do need a smog, I'm headed to Cherry Smog! Give them a holler, you won't regret it. read more

If you ned a smog test, this is the place to go! Gerardo was professional and worked diligently on my Mustang to get it smogged, although we ran into a problem. The original owner had installed a special exhaust system and the sticker that authenticates the product was old and illegible. Jesse promptly came to discuss the matter with me since I had become very stressed (I had only a couple days left before my DMV registration was due.) Jesse displayed top notch customer service skills and defused my frustration. He advised me of what steps to take in order to avoid DMV extra charges and how to obtain a new sticker from exhaust manufacturer. Alberto, another professional and polite employee was able to compete my smog test when I returned with the sticker. Cherry Smog Test Only is my recommendation for honest, hard-working, professional and polite service. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Cherry Smog. They advertise a $10 off coupon on their website, and when I called ahead, they confirmed that the coupon would be honored. However, when I arrived just 30 minutes later, they suddenly changed their story and said it was only $5 off--and only if I left them a review. This is extremely misleading. Advertising a $10 coupon, confirming it over the phone, and then changing it once the customer shows up is not acceptable. On top of that, asking for a review in exchange for a discount feels like they are trying to game their ratings instead of earning honest feedback. Overall, very shady and unprofessional business practices. I would not recommend this place. read more

I just moved to CA from PA and had no idea what to do or where to go for a smog test. Cherry Smog Test was the first place that came up on google and I'm so glad I went! There were 2 other cars ahead of me and I couldn't believe how quickly our smog tests were done. Jesse was so professional and nice! He explained everything to me about the smog test and put my mind at ease when he advised that everything was electronically sent to the DMV. Walked up and was approached immediately by the tech. I let the technician know I was here for a smog check. He did notify my that I had a customer in front of me and that I would be serviced next. He welcomed me in to plenty of seating with a fan blowing to keep me cool in this California heat. My total wait time was pretty short considering having a customer in front of me which was a total time 25 of minutes. Excellent and speedy service and highly recommend! read more

Jesse was very nice and right on time at 8:00 am. He brought me right in, hooked my car up and went to work. He even accepted my coupon I had printed out for another shop on Yelp (too far - 12 miles!) before I found him on Yelp (only about a mile from my house!). SO glad I went to Cherry Smog. Jesse had my car sniffed and the results were sent to the DMV in about 15 minutes. DEFINITELY recommend Jesse and his shop! read more

I was greeted with two people. They were friendly and polite. Plenty of waiting seats. The smog place had two options payment, which luckily I had it. It was quick, but I had to wait a little since Zelle was used for payment. It took a few minutes before they received it on their end. Otherwise, my experience was all good. Thank you read more

Called ahead and surprised to hear there was little to no wait time for a smog, once I got there I was greeted and they began the smog check on my car. Was in and out within 15 minutes, I also noticed my tpms light was on while on my way there and they even checked that out for me. Will definitely come back in the future read more

I was emailed a quote of $50 as they were offering a discount if you posted a Yelp review or something. I came to the business and inquired about it but they said it was $60.
