Come to find out he works for this company as an insurance broker and we were looking into better rates! It was perfect timing! Chase was very professional, he got back to us quickly with quote options and we were able to save a bunch if we switched to a different insurance company. He did all the paperwork, sent it over to us electronically to look over. We didn't even have to step into an office, which was great since we're in a pandemic! I strongly do not recommend her to anyone I know. Agent Sarah has been making same mistakes over and over and never apologies. Very unprofessional and very irresponsible!!! Communication skills are so terrible that she provides incorrect information and make excuses. Sarah does not keep any of her commitments to her customers. There has been a lot of mistakes that she made to me and she does not learn from her mistakes. She told me that I would get $600 refund check for the past year premium so I was waiting and it turns out she lied. She changed her words and did not apologized. I spent so many hours and effort to get defensive driving trainings and spent my own money for training courses. She never admitted her fault and made excuses and never said sorry. This is not the first time. She has been providing the worst customer service again and again!!! When I received the mail at home, I noticed the date and called the following day to restore my insurance to my desired date because There would be a two-week gap between my new and old insurance dates. Unfortunately, the guy only answered the phone and heard the issue for the first time. I gave them more than 5hours to get back to me, and my emails, texts, and calls have been ignored. This kind of agent bleeds you for a long time, and when you want to change to new insurance, they mistreat you. I will never recommend this agent to anyone. She has never been reachable by phone as insurance is highly sensitive. Very disappointed!

But the worst is that they quote a price for coverage, and then, many weeks later, we receive a notice from State Farm corporate that the price quoted was incorrect, too low - in fact, much too low, and we are billed an additional premium amount after the coverage was supposed to have already begun. In the latest situation, the Crelencia agency quoted us a price that was less than half what we were ultimately billed by State Farm. And this has happened twice in our dealings with this agency. Something is quite wrong here. These comments are not meant to reflect on State Farm, but on the Crelencia agency. We have dealt with State Farm for many, many years, and though State Farm is perhaps the most expensive coverage, they are also the best when it comes to filing a claim. But apparently they need to monitor their agents more diligently.

Recently, I have had to deal with huge amount of problem with their unethical and down right illegal business practices. Here's the run down: 1. They chose to kick me off my home policy, as soon as I filed a claim. The claim was 100% valid. If they had told me this is what would happened if I filed claim. I would have never bought insurance with them. Not to mention that I lost huge amount of money because of reduced insurance while switching. 2. Since my home policy was cancelled, there was no point in me keeping my auto policy with them as well. So I called them up on Dec 10th to cancel my auto policy effective Jan 4th 2012. Turns out the policy got cancelled on Dec 12th. I just found out, I have been driving without insurance for almost 2 weeks. 3. Not only did they decide to abruptly cancel my auto policy they also sent me additional bill to be paid. $124 to be exact. If anything I should be getting refund, not getting charged more because my rates went up or my discount no longer applied.
