I had two mishaps where I was stuck in the middle of traffic where the highway was backed up and at a standstill for hours; then I lost a pet on the reschedule. They didn't penalize me for either circumstance and that meant a lot during a very special time. You'll also notice that you have really smooth legs after your sessions.
