i have gone to this dispensary about 12times each and every time i like the customer service ! i have issues with change if life driness problems no one has ever given me bad service or beenn immature or rude, top notch service with kind and oatient people,they always go the extra mike and are oatient with my decision to by two or three packets.i would recommend to all ,i have never made an appiintment but am received with graciousness!as i miltary vet with limes i find them quality and calmness.i wish i had had this option back in 2020 and praise all from frount desk id check to product slection i never feel left out with the younger croud,at nearly 6o i praise there professional treatment if me and also i had worked in miktary in medical feild,so yes happy praise to staff on bith sudes if the door.have a good year, limes ribbed me if tyoing and spelling! read more

Dispensary at the Clinton store changed double point days from Sunday to Monday. Why? The location is easily accessible on Sundays. On Mondays the parking lot overflows from the medical office building. Please go back to Sunday or Saturday double point days! read more

ITS BAD BUSINESS giving a patient something they didn't order because their limit has been reached, you either tell them they cant order what they ordered or you give them their money back!!!!Driving 20 minutes waiting for 30 and then driving back 20 mins home just to have to drive back to find out they purposely gave you something you didnt order is wild and unprofessional read more

I have been to this place a few times now. I drive about 2 hours to get to. I need to add that it HURTS to be in a car for that long but its my pain management. The first few times the people there were wonderful and made me feel welcomed. The last time i went the front desk was being covered by two very mean faced unwelcoming young ladies. One tried to rush me and asked me several times what I wanted in a span of 2 MINUTES of entering the dispensing area. I was PISSED. I come for pain management and spend quite a bit to try to manage it. When i abrutly asked her where Ryan another worker was at ,she said Ryan wasnt there. So i decided to IGNORE this young lady and carefully TRY to read each label to understand what products were available..at that point i guess she realized i was NOT going to be rushed or treated as if I shouldnt be there,that is when she gave me some info on the products. I was so upset leaving there the last time and spoke with 2 other customers who arrived around the same time about these young ladies unwelcoming behavior. Please keep the mean ones with attitudes out of the dispensary,for some of us it was not an easy decision to come to a dispensary to begin with.. They gave the aura that the customers were a bother to them,as if we shouldnt be there and were interupting them. I felt very bad this last visit. This happened Wednesday Oct 1,2023. Today (black friday) i was on my way to the dispensary and I forgot my wallet, I called the dispensary and they were able to pull up a picture of my license and med card and print it for me so that i wouldn't have to go home & I could get the black friday deal before it ended! These folks are awesome. They truly care. They've helped me get through some hard health issues with care and compassion. Their recommendations have been spot-on to help individual issues. On my second visit to Chesapeake Apothecary In Brandywine, I was very disappointed. When the first person approached my car he was not wearing a mask. He asked for the card and money and while I was trying to explain that I was a senior citizen and thought I got a discount, so I was unsure of the total, he cut me off and said this is the way we do it. I waited for a while, saw customers behind me leave and then another young man came out and said they didn't have part of my order. I asked why they didn't text me and he responded "we don't do that". He was very impatient about me selecting something else so finally I just duplicated an item from my order. When he returned, by my calculations I should have had $5 change. He gave me a $1 in change. When I asked why he told me that you no longer get the senior citizen discount for cannabis with high THC. He said, "we just started that". First, why would you do that to senior citizens and veterans since we are the people that get the discount and more often than not on a fixed income. And this is a time when people are losing jobs. Second, people forget that we don't use cannabis for recreation, it's medicinal. So we should treated as if you are visiting a medical doctor. With kindness and care. Lastly I had just come from the funeral of a person that was like a mother to me. She died from COVID-19 after being in a rehab center. I won't be returning but I hope that this review will at least make them take a look at their customer service, policies and customer care. read more
