I just recently moved back to Washington DC after being gone for many years I'm so happy to see that they have a medical cannabis program. Ever since coming back, I have visited many dispensaries and none of them even compared to High Demand ! Not even close. I found them on Google after reading all their positive reviews. I had to go check them out for myself Located a few blocks away from Eastern market ( Eastern Market Metro) I went there on a Saturday after buying a few things. This store is conveniently located off of Pennsylvania Avenue. Easy to get to by train, car, ride share, scooter, or bike. As soon as I walked into their clean lobby area, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who helped through the process of signing up to the medical program (they did absolutely everything for me! Unlike other dispensaries that have you take a picture of a QR code and do it yourself ) while they built my profile I was able to browse their iPad and view their very extensive menu. Ranging from single to multi pack pre-rolls and even infused ones, a huge variety of edibles from Gummies to cookies, THC capsules, infused honey, and something they introduced me to called tinctures, and of course a great selection of flower from all the top brands in DC. The atmosphere is amazing! it is very clean with white walls and beautiful art that pops in contrast. Very spacious showroom floor with an amazing display of all the products a lot of that went into this they even have a couch for you to sit down if you need to rest a little bit. What I loved about High Demand besides being an amazing experience was the very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they took their time to curate the right products for me just by listening. They did a great job of educating me about the products, they even have a binder that explains the different categories of THC CBD to you and how they interact with your body so you will know what works for you before you make a purchase! It wasn't just fun It was educational, left there with a way greater understanding of the products than I ever did at any where else. I could go on and on about how great they are from their great prices to their loyalty program to having a deal of the day every day of the week... and even give you a free pre-roll for referring a friend to shop there. I honestly believe that if you want a great experience, coupled with great products and prices, you should go check it out for yourself. I promise you You will not be disappointed. I spent the day hanging around the Wharf enjoying the weather. After that we headed over to Paraiso, the food was delicious but that's not what this is about. Across the street we saw a green dispensary banner. So me and my homegirls decided to check it out. Once we entered the staff was so welcoming and helpful. They walked us through getting our medical cards- took about 5 mins. While they were signing us up, Dina one of the wellness consultants recommended some ready togo goodies. Since me and my friends aren't great at rolling. If you are ever near Eastern Market or Capitol Hill, definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed!!
