Will charges by the hour so you get exactly what you need - which is a great business model for individuals with I.T. challenges. I had the unfortunate experience of opening a evite dinner invitation attachment on an email from a known acquaintance which turned out to be a Remote Access Trojan (RAT). I tried several times to clean my hard drive with Nord VPN Threat Malware and Malwarebytes programs which found nothing. A backdoor was established on my laptop and I could see the intruder's mouse pointer navigating throughout my laptop while my mouse pointer was disabled. The only solution to stop it was to sever the internet connection. The issue persisted for several days when I would reconnect the internet. The intruder wasn't always present but I could see when they were. The intruder got into my Google password manager, Quicken account and attempted to make Amazon purchases. I was running out of airspeed and ideas and recognized that I needed professional assistance. I researched locally for an I.T. firm and found Will Get IT Done. I met with Will who examined my 7 year old laptop and he recommended I simply replace it as the cost to wipe it clean/replace the hard drive and reload would be comparable to a replacement. Although working just fine prior to the intrusion, given the age of my laptop I took Will's advice and purchased a new laptop. Will and Nicholas transferred all of my clean files from the old to the new laptop in their lab leaving the RAT in the old hard drive. I am now back in great shape. The total cost was well worth it for the peace of mind. If you need any I.T. assistance do not hesitate to give Will and Nicholas a call. They will deliver!

Your knowledge is incredible from computers to printers and even televisions. You are also so patient with non-tech people such as myself. Soon (I know I say this all the time) I will be purchasing a new Mac and you will be by my side or at least on the phone. Thank you for all you do for me. Without you I would be throwing this Macbook out the window. Judi Jones, Annapolis

Outside was beautiful! Someone was even taking bridal photos there. Definitely recommend coming here with the family!

The staff member working when we visited (his name was Howard) was really friendly and helpful. He explained about the history of the building and recommended a path through the exhibits to get the most of out of our visit. We learned about a lot about the Chesapeake - its history, the its health and recovery... We learned a lot about oysters, too. There's a fun interactive game you can play where you balance oyster harvesting and the health of the Bay that entertained us (two adults nearing 40) for a while! Then there's a small gallery with photographs of the Bay and some outdoor exhibits, too. They offer sails on a certain days as well, so check out the schedule online before you visit if that's something you're interested in. It might be small, but it's a great little museum. Definitely worth a visit on a visit or trip to Annapolis.
