I met with the tech who shoved this obnoxious mouth piece in to open my mouth more so she could actually take pictures with her camera. I told her it hurt and she continued. The orthodontist then came in and told me there would be another consultation fee that insurance does not cover, of 850.00 just to have a meeting between her, my dentist and myself. We take card. She then proceeded to tell me how much of an overbite I had and it's not guaranteed braces would fix it. She also rudely said I have a speech impediment and I needed to go to speech therapy!! I was horrified! I left the office almost in tears, because I speak very clearly and absolutely have no speech impediment. They said it would be about 7, 000.00 not including the 850.00 for the consultation!!! They are a CASH COW!! They're rude, obnoxious and out for money! That's it. Don't go here!

The only notice for packages. No communication at all for clients. My child is a customer. It says you are open for business. The business next door says this location is closed a lot. They told me that it is sometimes only open a couple days a week. Online it says you are "open" today till 4:30pm in Chesterfield. That is not true today. That was not disclosed to us a couple months back when we signed the contract and paid for the 2 year package. This is absolutely not okay. I call the number. I get vague answers about the Chesterfield locations future status and I'm told my child can wait 3 more hours and I can drive out to Lake St Louis, MO. Well, let me tell my employer that I'm going to drive wherever you guys decide to work on any given day. Tell my child to just endure.

Then 8months later my cheek got more define shaped, pretty much braces had taken away the chubby Chipmunk cheeks that I grew up with. Whichever it is I LOVE THESE GUYS! I needed to make an appointment because my fiance's bond on his retainer broke off. When I explained to them what happened the receptionist told me that Dr. Cherre cannot do anything for him because he did not put in the retainer. He won't work on others previous work. She then started saying that if he did come in it would be a whole day ordeal and he needs time in advance to be prepared for this. All of this made me believe that the Orthodontist was snooty and pretentious about his patients. The receptionist was not very knowledgeable when it came to answering simple questions. She did not help me with my issue she did not know anything about taking down an Insurance card number she was only good at telling me how busy the office was.
