I just had a bad experience with the persons at the BINGO WINDOW to buy packets. *********** My niece wanted to come back to Bingo, so we did last night (Friday night). Arrived at the FD around 7:06PM. There was no "temp check" when we walked in , so we followed the "social distancing" markings to arrive at the window to pick up bingo cards. This time there was a man and woman there. When we asked for 2 cards we were told they were $18 and a pack of the special was like $4. I asked, did the price go up because we came a few weeks ago and only paid $11 for a small card. The lady said its always been that price. So i said, does the price make a difference on certain nights? (We came on a Saturday the first time). She said no. Then I said, well I can't play a card that seemed like 40 cards (We're still pretty new to this). She then said they have a smaller card that was like $15. I told her again we only paid $11 before and the card was much smaller to our liking. About 2 minutes or so of going back and forth we just decided to leave. Whoever she and he were, lacked customer service and honestly we think they were trying to get us to pay more than what it was. Either they were trying to get over or the woman who was working the window gave us the card at a cheaper rate. Plus, the first time we came you can get a free bingo dabber- which none of that was set up last night. Not sure if it was a different org. having bingo on different nights or what, but everything was off. Even the vibe in the bingo hall. We're so disappointed because we really enjoyed your first time there and will likely not return based on the interaction with the window persons. I wrote my first review of this a few weeks ago, so check that out with the details to understand how our first time there was Epic, compared to the Ish show that was shown last night.

Started by a guy from Jersey, making dogs, smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, soft drinks, and more snacks, sides, and sweets. Their menu has ten dressed dogs, vegan dogs, and fourteen toppings for build-it-yourself requests. There are combos that save you a few dollars. We got the best Chicago Dogs in this area! Loaded with toppings. Every bite was a delight. Other vendors this week? We saw kettle corn, popcorn, Greek food, pizza, fish and chips, waffles, tacos, seafood, bbq, burgers, gelato, cupcakes, and even EC Diner! The list varies every week. He took my finger prints...you sir, were so kind to me. Thank you for making something scary...less scary. It meant alot. On too Kegley! Dude youre awesome! Idk the intake nurses name or the anime co but his name is anime co now. And that girl that looked like farlow...tell her i said sup! Yall were so sweet and caring...idgaf what people say...if you act respectful...yall are really great people. Thank you for that. And the laughs. Ps. Safe word is STILL pineapples. Day 2: Gen Pop- ok i got my own cell...which kinda sucked tbh...i wanted a friend but its cool. Court....yadda yadda...im here til monday...sucks right?! So i anxiety attack into naked iso...that sucked but you know what.... Not sure if Covid is the excuse right now but this place has been horrible the entire month of…read moreJuly, since my loved one entered and was denied bail pending hearing. He was locked down on what was supposed to be a 23/1 schedule for 14 days (quarantine upon arrival). 23 hours locked in your cell and one hour out to shower, make commissary orders, watch TV, or make a phone call. Those policies were not followed. The unit holds up to 23 inmates. There are currently 36 inmates. each inmate gets 1 hr outside their cell. There is only 24 hours in a day, so inmates are being locked down 36+ hours before getting a 1 hour break. That should be illegal. Next, The food they serve will make you starve yourself. No one knows what the meet is, and some are smart enough to request a vegetarian diet. Just be prepared that your first few weeks of vegetarian diet trays will be nothing but a block of cheese, two slices of bread, and a couple plain noodles - oh! And a boiled egg. That's your meal morning noon and night for 2+ weeks! Don't get me started on the phone system. To add $50 to a phone plan it will cost you $10 in fees. You are charged at a rate of $.16 per minute, you get 15 minute intervals. Although apparently some area codes only get charged $.10 per minute, so I'm really not sure why but the explanation I received from IC solutions was that it depends on the area code of the phone number of the account. Makes no sense. The bigger problem with the phones is that while you're in the middle of speaking, the phone will cut off and tell the inmate it was disconnected due to a three-way call detected. There is no three-way call being made! The CO's claim the phones inside are jacked and need repairing every other day. When your phone call gets cut off you lose the rest of the seconds that you had remaining of the minute you were on. During one 15 minute span, our phone call was cut off nine times. That cost us 9 mins right there, and that happens daily. In three weeks time that phone system has cost me over 300 minutes total ($48 I should be refunded but they refuse). All inmates get two free 15 minute phone calls on Sundays. If their phone screws up during their call and it cuts them off, they lose the rest of the time, they do not get a call back and use up the remaining of the 15 minutes, it's gone. They will not let my loved one out on bail for non-violent charges (and he is a productive member of the community), but yet a 20 something-year-old who molested a three-year-old gets out on bail. Makes zero sense. The only good report I give the place is that the CO's are truly decent people, they have emotions and understanding. they are not yet desensitized by the system. The system itself is desensitized and doesn't give a shit about inmates, guilty or innocent. but the CO's do, The CEOs actually put in complaints themselves when the inmates are not receiving the meals they should be, and they try to help them out with guidance with their charges and what not. I know my loved one is thankful for them. I had my first experience as a visitor there today for visiting hours. I was told inmates used to get one hour visits but now they only receive 30 minute visits because 30 minutes of their visit time is now being used to clean the visiting booths between visits. I'm sorry to say that is complete BS - there were lip/kiss marks on the glass in my booth, I didn't even want to touch the phone but it was the only way to speak with my loved one behind the glass. The visiting booths DO NOT GET CLEANED!!! This place needs an inspection and needs to stop being lazy
