trash service, don't go here, awful customer service, mice in facility that will ruin your belongings

I've been using bluebird self storage for a half a year I've always liked them until today where Tammy coulombe treated me horribly I am pregnant and I'm also high risk so I was sitting outside not bothering anyone waiting for my Uber home which she said I was lying about getting an Uber home (ew) and she treated me like a homeless drug addict and forced me a high risk pregnant person to carry my stuff without my partners help because she wanted us gone right away and have us go to the curb and stand for a prolonged period of time while waiting for my ride The only Uber I could get was coming from Londonderry so that's not my fault I didn't deserve the treatment I received And if I had lost my babies life it would have been her fault I also included proof of me receiving an Uber ride Do not do business here Tammy is fake nice and extremely arrogant and inconsiderate read more

I wouldn't recommend working here. There's no real structure to their policies and it's a high turnover rate as well. They're very understaffed as people keep leaving the company because working there is not worth the lack if structure. They say you can move up in the company but if you make even one small mistake they write you up for it. Even if it's just an honest mistake. There's no real room for growth unless you're a kiss ass. Things are constantly changing in terms of how the job is done and no real training was given other than when I first started. Yet they expected me to know everything to a complete T when nobody filled me in on policies changing while I was away or had a day off. They also lie about sending you money for incentives that you can qualify for. I was supposed to be sent $100 on a visa gift card for my covid shots and never received it. Yet they have my correct address and still lied saying they did send it when they never did. They also have a huge mice and theft problem in this facility so I wouldn't recommend storing here either. Lots of homeless people and problems with the area itself. The blonde lady at the desk is not great to work with either as she has a huge attitude problem with coworkers she doesn't favor (i.e me) and tenants as well. She will go to the managers about anything and talk badly about you any chance she gets that way it seems like she's the better employee. Not a fun environment to work in because of that and the fact that everyone talks gossip about eachother especially in management. Again, wouldn't recommend working or storing here. read more

They have ILLEGALLY CUT THE LOCK OFF of my unit 2x's already WEEKS BEFORE THE DEFAULT DATE then when I paid they took their lock off and LEFT MY UNIT UNLOCKED for 3 WEEKS b4 ever notifying me. BOTH TIMES!!! I rent a unit in Manchester N.H. i dont live locally so instead of going to pay every month I go every couple of months and make sure I ALWAYS PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE DEFAULT DATE This facility repeatedly (twice now) keeps going and CUTTING THE LOCK OFF of my unit ( not necessary for a lockout). They have no right to cut my lock off prior to the default date and then when I pay they take their lock off and LEAVE MY UNIT UNLOCKED FOR WEEKS at a time b4 notifying me. U DO NOT CUT LOCKS OFF TO DO A LOCKOUT. You just clip ur lock on too. You are not supposed to cut locks off until after the "DEFAULT DATE" when you take possession of the property. B4 then is "BREAKING & ENTERING"!!! It is literally THE FACILITY ITSELF that is committing CRIMINAL ACTS against their rentors. PLZ PROTECT YOURSELF AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Follow up. Aftercintactinf management (BILL) about issue he was extremelY rude and refused to replace the lock of mine that he cut off when he should not have and then told me I wasn't allowed inn the premises because I told him what he did was wrong and simply aasked asked him to replace my lock and stop cutting them off of my unit unless I go default. I have been a customer of theirs for roughly a year and rather than admitting and fixing their mistake the manager (played) tough guy and banned me from property that i pay rent on and is threatening me with eviction. This business is criminal and foe all I know my property has been stolen by now. Do I get an apology and a new lock which is what any good business would have done. NO, I got an ignorant manager who is disrespectful and would rather be a poor manager than to simply replace the lock that they cut off and stop cutting them off and leaving my property unsecured... THIS PLAXE IS CRIMINAL!! I don't think asking them to replace my lock and stop cutting it off unless I default is too much to ask. I definitely did not deserve to be threatened by the management over THEIR mistake. PLZ GO ANYWHERE ELSE THAT WILL NOT ROB YOU. Such a stupid response from management. If u had any right to cut off my lock it wouldn't be my locker now.. you do not cut off lock b4 taking possession of the locker which I am still in possession of so therefore you are wrong and rather than apologize and replace lock u think this helps. Reasonable and fair. I have been a customer since shortly after they opened the facility in Manchester. My good friend and my parents have also rented units from here. The staff is friendly and the owners have always been reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them read more

I am beyond satisfied with this storage facility. It is new, clean, dry, temperature controlled and video monitored, and competitively priced. All this would have got my 5 stars (which is hard enough to get as I have very high standards). But the ridiculously fantastic bonus was the free pickup. They were great guys - professional and efficient. Thanks again guys! read more
