She said no it wasn't it was at 10 and you are late. Sit down and wait. My husband wasn't happy and he said you don't get to call me a liar. I have my confirmation text that says 10:30. This office called yesterday saying it was 10:30. I have it on my calendar for two months that it was 10:30. Even when shown the text from them. I found a great vet that actually fits our dog in for emergencies. Yokayo could fit us in for our dogs last moments. We now use willits for our animals.

I was wanting to stay on top of it to prevent an accidental litter. I called the week before my original appointment to confirm the time, lo and behold they "can't find it". I was annoyed, but understood that maybe it was an honest mistake, being that I was speaking to the person I had originally booked with and it was obvious he knew that something didn't go as planned. Understood! Cats are still young, I'll just reschedule. Shocked, however, that the next available spot was not going to be for another month. Ok.... Reschedule. Day of second appointment comes, I get a voice message stating that the doc is sick (understandable) and we need to reschedule to two days from now. Ok, seems reasonable enough, I was going to leave work early for this appointment, so getting that message, clearly I didn't have to and with being busy, didn't immediately call them back. I do however, call back first thing in the morning, and was told the next available appointment wouldn't be until another 40 days with a snarky " we called yesterday and you didn't call us back". Deposit has been paid. Yet, because I didn't call You back immediately then that gives you the excuse to push us that far back? For the second time? Needless to say, I'll take the girls some place else. After being recommended this place by a friend, I've given them more chances than they deserved. Absolute nightmare of a scheduling. Here we are, four months later, with a bigger problem on our hands. Two cats, now at bearing age, who haven't been spayed, not due to owner proactiveness but to the absolute nightmare of scheduling at Yokayo.

We contacted Clear Lake Vet clinic 10 min before they closed, this was not an emergency, we could see the hook in her lip and so they scheduled us in 1st thing the next morning. We saw Dr. Lambert, she was just awesome! We had a wonderful experience, we were treated well, our dog was treated well, the hook was removed and she was back to being a happy vacationing dog in a matter of hours. The billing was reasonable and fair, to be honest, far less than we had anticipated. Its not a vacation to Clear Lake unless someone has to go to urgent care, this was the first time it was one of our pet kids and not one of the human kids.

They also vaccinate the feral cats & tip the ear to be able to ID in the field. Maximum 3 cats per clinic, transported in an appropriate trap. The appts are filled quickly & they accomodate a maximum of 50 cats per clinic. The staff are helpful & professional & the process in early a.m's are efficient & quick. They deserve 5 stars plus & I appreciate all they do for the overwhelming feral community in Lake County.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with front office policies and interactions has led me to transfer my pets to another veterinary hospital in Willits. While many of the reception staff are friendly and helpful, I encountered communication that felt inflexible and lacking in empathy, particularly regarding appointment policies. I understand that clinics need policies in place, but long-term clients also value being treated with a degree of understanding and respect. It's disappointing to leave after so many years, especially because the veterinarians provide such good care. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the quality of veterinary care deserves to be matched by the overall client experience.

She appears to be the real deal. When our cats were old enough to be spayed/neutered, the staff provided transportation for the surgery to and from the vetinerian. There was no cost to us for the surgey Some of the animals Blythe takes in are at the end of the road- injured, disabled, recovering from trauma or illness. Most folks don't have the patience or time to save an animal in dire straits. It's admirable, to say the least. These Karens complaining about smelling pee or getting feelings hurt by staff are just being petty, trying to discredit these folks doing good work. Find something more productive to do. Blythe and crew are doing a tremendous job.

To anyone complaining or reading complain to here about smell or presentation, this is not a puppy farm or puppy mill this is a place in which animals are brought to be helped and saved. I read someone complaining about the smell, of course neglected dogs and cats who are being saved are going to have a smell. Here is a perfect example. I was speaking with Blythe and she tells me she's gonna have to call me back. I contact her the next day and find out that someone had randomly left five dogs somewhere while moving. She stopped everything she was doing to prioritize, saving those dogs so of course when she went to get them, it was not like she was picking them up from the groomers, but the exact opposite and yes they smelled obviously it's not her fault the dogs were left in that state, she did everything she could to get them healthy get their shots up to date and to make sure to find suitable homes. When I first read the negative review, I was skeptical and i was being very critical. Don't believe everything you read here keep in mind. There is a bunch of people trying to sell puppies vs save them.

Cheyanne didn't care about her feet at all, but she didn't care for the grinder for her front side claws.... But she was very patient and she got out of the van and had her tongue out and looks like she was smiling. We went to Grocery Outlet and got a bag of duck jerky (awesome-only 3 ingredients.... But do not buy the chicken jerky off the internet) !!!! Then we went and ran at Costco field and she was showing off to her friends that she got her nails trimmed. Yes you can go somewhere else and do it yourself shampoo..... but it is a lot of work !!! Pooch's Pawlor does the shampoo and a trim... included. I think I will only give Cheyanne about (2) baths a year.... I don't think it is very healthy to do it unless a situation comes up. Please support this business. (I have gone to another business here in Ukiah..... I would not recommend taking there at all). A person that has stole my car-or that smashed my windshield....
