Nallely was super helpful, really spending the time to explain things to me which made me feel prepared to own my first reptile. I had to go back to buy his fresh food the day after and the guy that helped me was very helpful as well. As for snake quality.. He's super hardy and has done amazing transitioning which is huge. Speaks volumes about the seller. After all of the infovideos I watched on YouTube I expected to have to leave him alone for a week, wait a week to feed and all kinds of stuff but he lets me hold him no problem, he ate the morning after being purchased (within like 3 seconds of the mouse being placed in his enclosure), and went poop just fine days after.. He seems super confident and doesn't ball up. He explores often. When he's on one side of his enclosure I'll go in and do some upkeep on the other side and he doesn't seem to mind much. Nallely said they hold all of the snakes every day or every other day which I'm sure is why he's such a great snake for a beginner like myself. I recommend! I've only had Charizard about a week and now I keep running into people that bring Killer Clutches up as great to learn and buy from. I'm glad I found this place!
