She was in a foster when I bought her but i wasn't aware she had scale rot and she was going to be used as a breeding project and a pet. The illness spread to all of my other snakes and killed 3 of them including my Albino I bought from them. Do not buy snakes from this place, they will deny that the snake even had the sickness in the first place.

Nallely was super helpful, really spending the time to explain things to me which made me feel prepared to own my first reptile. I had to go back to buy his fresh food the day after and the guy that helped me was very helpful as well. As for snake quality.. He's super hardy and has done amazing transitioning which is huge. Speaks volumes about the seller. After all of the infovideos I watched on YouTube I expected to have to leave him alone for a week, wait a week to feed and all kinds of stuff but he lets me hold him no problem, he ate the morning after being purchased (within like 3 seconds of the mouse being placed in his enclosure), and went poop just fine days after.. He seems super confident and doesn't ball up. He explores often. When he's on one side of his enclosure I'll go in and do some upkeep on the other side and he doesn't seem to mind much. Nallely said they hold all of the snakes every day or every other day which I'm sure is why he's such a great snake for a beginner like myself. I recommend! I've only had Charizard about a week and now I keep running into people that bring Killer Clutches up as great to learn and buy from. I'm glad I found this place! The joint was jumping with animal life - a couple-dozen rescue cats and a few dogs; wonderfully vocal young conures; a terrific display aquarium featuring a large and beautiful catfish; and an enormous rhino iguana that climbed out of its open enclosure and wandered outside to hang with passers-by as it basked in the sun. I may drive-up from Sacramento once in awhile just to spend time with all the critters.

I told her that was inconvenient for me as I was told there was mice there I could pick up and I am a full time mom commuting from Paradise and I had already driven down there twice. She said to come back later when the shipment arrived and that she would give me a discount on live hopper mice. I called later that day before making the drive down and they told me that no live hopper mice were in the shipment. So I've driven down there twice and wasted my time and gas all because they said they had live mice for me to pick up only for them to not. The lack of communication and honesty is very poor. I will only get mice from them now if I absolutely have to. It's very frustrating to tell someone over the phone that what they're looking for is available only for it to not be when going in the store.

Still had to pay for the full service though! No wonder our pup was stressed, the vibe and attitude of the groomers were horrendous!! Will not be returning here ever, including just the store itself.
