I was told NO you have to pay cash to release the car .. ummm strike one IRS got called after they said only " cash payment". They are rude, dishonest and unkind. No sympathy at all. They want you NOT on their property to get your belongings. My son had a $ 1000.00 pair of shoes in his back seat and they also locked my sons keys in the car. My friend just was in a wreck and her car got towed there as well and she witnessed the same treatment as we did. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I will continue every time to post my thoughts with this company till I can't no longer text. Do yourself a favor. If in a wreck and you need towed please pick another tow service at least with others you will be able to easily get your things and move on without issues.
