I contacted the dealer to confirm the price and make an appointment to purchase it. I spoke with the sales associate who confirmed the price and availability of the vehicle. The next thing I did was contact my bank to obtain financing. After obtaining financing and beginning my 45 minute drive to the dealership I received a call from the sales manager. They told me that the price was actually for a Sport model and they would not sell me the Rubicon for that price. I appreciated the call before I actually arrived at dealership. However, the dealership made no attempt to change the KSL ad or their website for at least the entire day. This was a clear case of a bait and switch to get me into the dealership and switch me to a different lesser model. I now have financing for a vehicle which hurts my credit and no vehicle to show for it. They say they're "A new company, a new philosophy." But still the same old tricks.

As a new resident (5 days!) I needed to have my 2000 GMC Sierra looked at and had no idea where to go. My brother-in-law suggested Westside Auto and I am glad he did! Had a random multiple misfire code. They diagnosed misfires on cylinders 1 & 6 so they tuned up with plugs, wires, fuel & air filters. They also thought that the 2 coils were bad so I ok'd those to be replaced also (another $150+). They realized that the tune up cleared the code so didn't need the coils after all. Greatly appreciate their honesty! Could have easily charged me for coils and I never would have know the difference. Big thank you to Jamie and Taylor for some great service. I purchased my car through them knowing a few things were wrong (Tires, Alternator, Windshield, and a brake light warning on the dash - it was just low fluid). They dropped the price $200, I paid for it, the salesman told me the title was going to be sent next day, and I left in the car (Hoping the police didn't stop me between Murray and Ogden since I had no plates). It was purchased two days before Thanksgiving, so when my title didn't make it the next day I thought it might come the Friday after. Waited till Monday just to make sure, contacted them Tuesday and they said it was sent certified mail. It is Friday now, and I found out via the tracking number they gave me, that it wasn't sent out until yesterday at 1:30pm. I've owned the car for close to two weeks, and haven't been able to drive it (no temp tag from Buy Right Enterprise, LLC. when you get a car, so be careful on your way home). Even if the title does arrive tomorrow (Saturday), I will have to wait until at least Monday (I work while the DMV is open) before I can get the emissions, and registration buttoned up. They did call, and apologize. I do believe they have good intentions, and do not want unhappy customers (I own several vehicles (projects?), so I am a very possible return customer to the places I've had good results with). Be patient with them, keep in contact (phone works best) about anything that was talked about at the time of sale, I believe they will provide you with a well priced used vehicle at a good value.

They're primarily a wholesaler, so I didn't expect a perfect truck. Turns out that the "slight exhaust leak" was two cracked manifolds. Three estimates later, my two-days-ago purchased truck needs a $2800 repair. $2800 was the cheapest I could find. Buy Right told me they'd give me some compensation to help with the heavy repair cost. That was a month and a half ago. Four or five times I tried to contact them, and every time they strung me along and then ignored me. Why even offer to help pay? Also, you've been car guys for thirty years, and you didn't know what you were selling me? Your son was driving the truck for his personal use. You knew exactly what was wrong with it and how expensive it was to fix. I don't like being lied to and ripped off. I don't like being strung along and ignored. Nobody does. It's bad business practice by a dealership that, sadly, confirms all the stereotypes of used car salesmen.

We went to this location to buy a new vehicle. The sales process was very high pressure and difficult but we eventually came to an agreement and drove our vehicle home since we were stranded with our 3 young kids. Within a thousand miles we began having problems. We took it to our mechanic and they said it needed over 8 thousand dollars worth of repairs. The problems included things that the dealer definitely should have caught and were in fact dangerous. The tires were bad and coupling from 4 bad shocks and bad alignment. The transfer case was cracked and leaking. There were several bad sensors. The def pump was bad.
