They make it VERY easy to schedule, and reschedule if necessary, appointments online...much more efficient than calling. I had a small issue with my windshield wiper motor and was greeted by Dan Flora - - after we discussed the issue, he said he'd call me only if the repair was to exceed a certain amount. The only call I received was when the repair was completed a few hours later. Check-in was flawless, and they got on it right away. Super impressed all the way around! read more

Heads up my fellow Senior Citizen. On February 27, 2026, I have had my Equinox serviced at Everette Chevrolete for timing chain. However, I was charged for services I did not authorize totaling to $ 872.46. According to Stan Niettupski service advisor and his manager Travis that there was a phone conversation recorded between me and Stan that I authorized it. Travis told me that he is going to get the recorded phone conversation but never produced it. Per Washington State code RCW 9.73.030 it is illegal to record phone conversation without the other party's approval. On May 12, I wrote Mr. Dave Everett Vice President of Evertte Chevrolet and complained to no avail. On May 18, I received a text from 425-517-1219 Everette Chevrolete that a check will be mailed to me. As of today, I have not received the check of reimbursement. Very unhappy about the service here. Brought my car in for an oil change and for them to check out some kind of fluid leak. Got a call 4 hours later saying it was the oil pan and it would cost $330 to fix it - seemed low but why question a good deal? Came in to pick up my car and it was 10 TIMES THE PRICE, $3300 invoice. Stan Nietupski, the service consultant handling my car, insisted he said the right price on the phone and it wasn't his fault I misheard. No apology, no responsibility taken, nothing. I am never going back here, I don't recommend it to anyone. If you absolutely have to go here, make sure you get all the numbers in writing. read more

Super hit or miss. I've asked them to add windshield wiper fluid 3 times during my last oil changes and have never had any added. I had a factory defect with my Chevy where water leaked into my car causing mold. It was well documented as a defect and I called and successfully argued my case. When they 'repaired' it, water again started pouring in my trunk causing mold. They refused to reclean the car, citing around a 3-4k deep clean need that they hadn't fully completed. One of their maintenance guys at the front counter with dead eyes (Chris?) went through the motions of pretending to care while he was brushing me off. He tried to charge me for something that was the dealership's fault at not repairing completely and they only acknowledged their mistake after my husband talked to them. Seemed super sexist. Try to find a different place to take your car in. read more

I ordered a Heated Steering Wheel to retrofit my 2017 Colorado, in January of 2023. On 28 MAY 2025, I walked in and asked about the status of my order. They handed me the part, and I'm glad for that. They told me they found it during their inventory in May, but they made no attempt to contact me when they found it. I will never darken their doors again. read more

Literally the worst place I've ever been to if I could give them negative starts I would. I've had now two different experiences that were absolutely horrible!!!! The first time I went in for an oil change, came back an hour later, and then they told me that my car went start, which was shocking because I've never had any issues with my car. I was outside yelling on the phone about the situation and woman came up to me and told me that I am not alone and that every time she takes her car there they always tell her that there's other additional problems with it. Recently, my headlight had went out and I tried to fix it elsewhere but with a newer car apparently no one does it so unfortunately I have to take it back to the shop. I was already very hesitant due to my first experience and then this time I take it in there , they install the light a day later my light was out. I took it back to the shop because of the light being out come to find out they didn't even attach it correctly. They left a cap on top of my engine, which was completely neglectful. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager, Travis for several days left. Several messages have not received a phone call. I definitely going to look into contacting the Better Business Bureau. One of the associates in there said that there's a lot of neglect that goes on with the cars this place is absolute trash. Please do not take your car there at all. read more

Deceptive and Negligent--Beware! This dealership misled my husband into purchasing a car by falsely assuring him that he would qualify for the $4,000 tax credit. They even helped him secure a loan we're fully aware of his income. When we went to file our taxes, we discovered that he did not qualify. We reached out to Dallas Conroy, the head of sales, who again confirmed in front of another employee that my husband qualified. However, after consulting a tax professional, we learned this was completely untrue. When we confronted Dallas, he dismissively suggested we "look for a loophole." We then spoke with Michelle Owen, the manager, who was both rude and unhelpful. Initially, she said she would look into it, but when she called back, she took no responsibility, claiming they "aren't tax professionals." If that's the case, why did they repeatedly assure my husband that he did qualified and use this tax credit as a sales point? Their negligence and misleading sales tactics are completely unacceptable--not to mention unethical and likely illegal. A business should not make false claims just to push a sale, especially when it has financial consequences for the buyer. Stay far away from this dealership! We will be suing. read more

Purchased a new 2021 Equinox with Kane. That part was ok. The lack of service, service department is where there are major issues. Over scheduling, under performing. 1.5-2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change?? Really? Oh it is the day after a holiday, or the online scheduling system doesn't "talk with" the on in store. Not my fault. Scheduled appointments mean zero. Had it there also for a vibration/wobble issue they had it for almost a week and zero resolution, even though I showed them what I found a TSB. Rude and arrogant. Yes, when I bought the car there I received oil change for life, but I highly doubt I will ever consider returning. BUYER BEWARE Don't try to trade your car in here they dont use Kelly Blue book for cars value. They go off what another car lot will buy from them. I guarantee once they take in your car on trade they won't sell to another lot they will mark it way up so they make good money on it. I took my car in for an oil change and left needing a new engine. It was fine when I brought it in, and when I tried to leave, my car was blowing huge clouds of smoke from the exhaust. They claim they have video footage of the whole time my car was in the shop but will not let me see it. They quoted me $13,600 for a new engine and offered me $1,500 to settle. I don't know if I'm more insulted by the lowball offer or the horrible way I was treated by them. Do not waste your time at this dealership! read more

I initially gave CHEVROLET OF EVERETT a good review and within two days of purchasing a car-this happened! We were called by Kaoleb Johnson from Everett Chevrolet advising us that the car we ordered in February wasn't even on the "to get made line" and he had a car that had all of the features we wanted but it was a different color. We advised him we didn't care about the color and went to see the car. The car is a 2023 Bolt. As it turned out the Bolt Kaelob showed us did not have all the features we had ordered, specifically safety the features we were most interested in. Kaelob told us: 1). the car we ordered would likely never be made. 2). That he already had other buyers for the car on the lot so we had to make up our minds right there 3). that we could not have 24 hours to think about this car b/c he was compelled to call the next buyer in line immediately. 4). that if we waited we'd have to wait to order a 2024 model because the 2023's weren't going to be made anymore, and he didn't know how long it would take. We had been without a second car for 7 months so we gave in and bought the Bolt we were not completely happy with. After purchasing the car in cash. Signing all of the documents, and taking the car home, we received a phone call two days later from the "finance manager" telling us we had to go in to the dealer and pay an extra $500. for taxes. We asked to speak with a manager. Michelle Owens called us, after speaking with her she stated that Chevy had made and error and apologized. One week later Joey Koch called us to say that they had two- Bolts and they were exactly what we ordered except for color and would we like to see them. We were furious that this was the case and asked to speak with the manager. Mr. Koch said he was the manager.He said if we wanted one of the cars we'd have to pay an extra $8000, even though the information we were given on the car we bought was untrue. We asked him if he was the manager then, who is Ms. Owens ?, he said she was another manager. We asked to speak to her. Ms. Owens called us and we told her we were lied to and were made to think we would have to take the car we didn't want or have nothing or wait another year. She said she would speak to the general manager Ward Fleishman on our behalf. She said we could trade the car in and get the one we wanted. That she would "make it right" We received an email from her stating we could trade in the car we have for $7500. instead of $8000. She included a list of cars they were soon to receive. We were appalled by her willful lack of understanding regarding this situation. We were pressured to buy a car we didn't want because they knew we'd been without a 2nd car for 7 months and desperately needed one. We were lied to regarding the availability of a vehicle we actually wanted and had ordered. And we have never heard from Mr. Fleischman. Ms. Owens has told us there was no malicious intent on the part of the sales people that it was just a miscommunication and Joey Koch "should never have called us." Which leads me to believe that they knew exactly what they were doing and knew that we wouldn't find out the switch they made and the incorrect information they presented us. The only reason we learned of the other cars was because Mr. Koch accidentally called us to come get our car. He didn't know we had already bought one. If we had been given a few hours to discuss the purchase of the car we didn't want, and correct information regarding the availability of the cars with the safety features we ordered, we would not have purchased the car that we have now. We would have waited more time to get what we needed and wanted. We believe Chevrolet of Everett knew we desperately needed a second car, and manipulated us to take a car we didn't want with pressure tactics and untruths. The car we currently have does not have the safety features we ordered and it is disappointing vehicle and for me at least, difficult to drive. read more

Dropped in without an appointment with my company supplied 2015 Malibu needing it's oil changed. I am not one to like going to car dealerships however, I have grown weary of the games and upsells at the quick and dirty oil change specialty shops and their lower quality filters! Here, I am confident in the tech's ability and the quality original equipment parts that he installs and yes, there is a huge difference as I have been in the aftermarket parts business for over 40 years. In anticipation of a wait, I previously stopped at Jersey Mikes and bought a sub that I enjoyed while sitting in the nice new spacious customer lounge.
